I am aggravated, I thought I could program it for what day and what time I wanted it to run like my old ones can with a remote. This one does not have that feature so each day I need to remember when and a courteous time because I live in a condo.

I bought this to keep up with the cat hair. We have two cats and it gets everywhere! The vacuum does well on the hard surfaces but does not pick up the hair on my rugs. It is a bit disappointing.

This replaced our previous IQ. This is incredible to say the least! Extremely happy with this unit. 2 dogs and a cat in our home and his is the best investment I have made in our house since building it!

I would give this 4.5 stars for performance and the app....but the filter in the bin is NON REPLACEABLE...this is the stupidest design ever. How can you create a product with a non-serviceable consumable part????

my old shark quit working so I was sent a new one and I couldn’t be happier. Having a dog that sheds makes this machine in dispensable. I can’t tell you how much I love it.

Doesn’t connect with 5G and is not on the description, It only vacuum if it passes on top of the dirt - it doesn’t have brushes that pull  The dirt in the suction—- I move from i robot - I am going back-  No more shark for me

So far, it's doing its job- that being said, this is the second replacement robot I've recieved. I got the original for Christmas. I got the first replacement the end of February, and now this one. Ask me how it's doing at the end of August.

If you have pets it doesn't clean up hair along the edges, and it clogs up all the time. Would love it if it would do these things. Also not very good on carpet. I have to use another vacuum when it is done. So it saves no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing. It’s my first one. Setup was very easy. Wasn’t that noisy at all. I tested it on my son’s room and it cleaned it in no time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I bought this about one month ago. I initially did not want a self emptying robot, but I am so happy and pleased that I did. It can vacuum my living, dining, laundry and 1/2 bath rooms without my having to worry if it is getting clogged
