Horrible

I bought this a month ago and used it about 5 times. It keeps stopping saying the brush roll is stuck and when I open it there’s nothing there and the dirt cup is empty. It misses spots on the floor. My old shark was 100% better

Regretful purchase

The vacuum is okay but the app is absolutely junk. The app continuously crashes and does not allow you to properly edit the map making the app completely useless. Also you are limited to two no-go areas on the map. Regretting this purchase.

I love it, but...

I purchased this vacuum robot in NJ 1 month ago and I am loveling it. Just a problem, I live in Brazil and the app doesn't work outside the USA and Canada, I'm very upset about it.

App needs work.

So far the robot does a good job, but the app neeeds work. Cannot create schedules for specific rooms on specific days. It’s the whole house or not. Would love to have the kitchen everyday and others maybe once a week.

Not great with cat hair

I bought this to keep up with the cat hair. We have two cats and it gets everywhere! The vacuum does well on the hard surfaces but does not pick up the hair on my rugs. It is a bit disappointing.
