PHENOMINAL as always!!!!! I am a loyal Shark believer, from my first purchase the floor steamer, then vacuums. Now this Matrix is key to keeping our house clean DAILY. I am picky because I am an interior designer so my home is always kept perfectly neat; but that's also why my homes sell in 24 hours. This vacuum cleaner does the work and gives me peace of mind. BTW I have 8 cats and 12 dogs.........yes inside.

I have had several shark robot vacuums and I have got to say the latest technology used in the Matrix robot are so much better than in the past. No issues with connections or mapping or blocking entire rooms! He finds his way back to the base each time and does a really good job keeping my multi-pet home free of loose hair!! It is an expensive vacuum for sure but worth every penny!

Purchased this unit a little over a week ago, as a tool to help my family out with our baby. I was excited about getting this unit, until I realized it’s not as smart as I thought it would be. The collision avoidance sucks to say the least. As the Shark is cleaning, for example I’ll be standing in the kitchen cooking. While in its path it will hit you in the feet a couple of time before it moves out of the way. It gets stuck and I have to pick it up and move it because it will hop over objects (if I could post the video, I’d be able to show you). While our sone is in his jumper, as it’s cleaning around our son. It hits our son’s jumper while in, then it’ll finally realize it’s hitting something and moves. The shake has hit my son in his legs while in the jumper. Whoever programmed this needs to do better. I’m a computer engineer, to fix this line of code is simple.

I purchased this vacuum robot in NJ 1 month ago and I am loveling it. Just a problem, I live in Brazil and the app doesn't work outside the USA and Canada, I'm very upset about it.

So far the robot does a good job, but the app neeeds work. Cannot create schedules for specific rooms on specific days. It’s the whole house or not. Would love to have the kitchen everyday and others maybe once a week.

This was a replacement from Shark for my older model. It is extremely louder than my previous model. Don't plan on being in the same room it's vacuuming because it's annoying. It does a decent job of cleaning however nothing outstanding..
