NON REPLACEABLE FILTER - WORTHLESS!!!

I would give this 4.5 stars for performance and the app....but the filter in the bin is NON REPLACEABLE...this is the stupidest design ever. How can you create a product with a non-serviceable consumable part????

Not happy

Not happy with this product it keeps forgetting the layout of my house and it doesn’t reach the whole house I have had it remap over and over it still doesn’t do the complete room

If I could please suggest that you factory reset your robot and have your robot do an Explore Run to generate a new one. This will help the robot remap your home. Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing. It’s my first one. Setup was very easy. Wasn’t that noisy at all. I tested it on my son’s room and it cleaned it in no time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I love it, but...

I purchased this vacuum robot in NJ 1 month ago and I am loveling it. Just a problem, I live in Brazil and the app doesn't work outside the USA and Canada, I'm very upset about it.

Horrible

I bought this a month ago and used it about 5 times. It keeps stopping saying the brush roll is stuck and when I open it there’s nothing there and the dirt cup is empty. It misses spots on the floor. My old shark was 100% better

It's ok but not as great as the first model I had

I really like the first one I had , that had two brushes and would go under my end tables and furniture.... The peace thats on top of the new one will not allow it to go under places like the first model i had!

Wouldn't Recommend

Hair gets wrapped in the sides of the roller and clogs it up. This thing needs constant babysitting even if we clean up. Climbs over chair legs, instead of avoiding them, and makes a bunch of noise.

Great for household with pets

Works well for in-between deeper cleaning! We have two dogs so pet hair is an issue on a daily basis. The Shark Matrix is perfect to help keep the floors maintained.

Not good for pets hair

If you have pets it doesn't clean up hair along the edges, and it clogs up all the time. Would love it if it would do these things. Also not very good on carpet. I have to use another vacuum when it is done. So it saves no time.
