Mapping 5/5 This thing accurately maps my mouse, it doesn't slam into things like the other models I have had. Sound 1/5 it is significantly louder than all other models I have had. Unless you are running in eco mode (the lowest of the 3 power settings) then it is relatively quite. But the normal setting is obnoxiously loud.

PHENOMINAL as always!!!!! I am a loyal Shark believer, from my first purchase the floor steamer, then vacuums. Now this Matrix is key to keeping our house clean DAILY. I am picky because I am an interior designer so my home is always kept perfectly neat; but that's also why my homes sell in 24 hours. This vacuum cleaner does the work and gives me peace of mind. BTW I have 8 cats and 12 dogs.........yes inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so easy to use and works great! It easily maps your areas to clean and then cleans beautifully! I love not having to physically do any thingI I empty the vacuum once a month or so and just let it do all the work.

This produce is just mediocre. I’m disappointed that Shark removed the two brush feature, giving no real advantage over the competition. Then the one brush attachment is place so that it constantly hits the wheel. Making the brush fray and be absurdly loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing. It was easy to assemble as there were only about 4 parts. Setting up the charging dock was super easy, just plug into wall. It did take a bit longer than I expected to charge but it was set, it was a breeze. Signing up for the app was super easy as well. Once we got the robot charged, the explore scan took place. I had to monitor it a bit because we have a staircase that I didn't want it to go down. But it got my floor pretty accurately.

During its operation, if the vacuum is full it will return to base, empty, and then pickup where it left off. Other great features include the spot cleaning setting, ability to clean one room or the whole house, and quietness during operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a newly remodeled condo. There is a lot of dust still settling. I love my Shark robatic cleaner. I have it programmed to clean every other day and it keeps up with dust. It’s very easy to set up and program on your smart phone if you chose. I look forward to it being my helper in keeping my condo clean. By the way rugs with fringes are not a problem. The shark goes right over them.

Love our Shark! We named her Baby Shark. We have two dogs one a border Colllie/Blue Healer and one Terrier and they SHED!! Baby Shark picks up all that dog hair. She’s incredible. We replaced our Roomba with Baby Shark and this one does such a better job. Love the auto emptying feature! Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shark matrix is a great addition to my house. No more back pain and time consuming cleaning. It is very easy to install and to download the app. The connection to the wifi had never been so simple. First of all the vacuum will run around the house to create a map of your rooms. Then you just have to name them and this will help you when you want to clean just one or 2 rooms or as many as you want. I just went to the grocery store and while there I thought that I should clean my daugther's rooms, I selected them on the app and when I came back it was done! On a normal cleaning day I usually put all the rooms up (this is the only work you'll have to do and then put everything back together), then you start the shark either from the app or from the vacuum itself. The shark does its work while I do other things and when it is done there is a very powerful suction that self empty the vacuum into a container. 2 things that I really like compare to other ones: the suction is so strong that the Hair stuck in the brush will go into the trash bin (no more brush cleaning) and the other is that the bin is so big that I don't have to empty it each time I want to use it.The charging time was pretty good, the nose volume is quit loud when the suction is on but it will last a few second. The sound of the machine vacuuming is a little bit loud but I don't mind when I see the result. The brush underneath that brings debris from the side of the machine are long so it gets almost everything. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to everybody who wants to have a break with cleaning. Also when you want to do just one room you can put the shark on a higher power...it is such a great product. I love it!
