I have had this vacuum for a few months now. It picks up everything pretty well. The issue I have with it is that it won’t empty itself into the bin 90% of the time. I have to empty it manually. If you have pets or kids don’t wast the money on a self empty one  And just get the manual one since you will be doing that most of the time anyways.

It works great for a house with pets. I can put up to work daily and helps me saving time. However, it can't clean the living room and kitchen in one time. The battery lasts around maybe 50 mins and needs to recharg which is not enough to clean even one room. I do like that it is self empty which helps a lot as a pet mom.

The fact the it self empties is amazing. They seem to have improved the steering mechanism as well. I would recommend this for anyone with pets.

First, the 45 day day capacity base is a life saver on saving me time since I don’t need to empty it after each use. It just goes right back to the dock and empties out. Second, I love the sleek design that makes it stand out in the home. The way the robot returns back to the dock after each use still impresses me. Lastly, the set up and use of this vacuum is really easy to use and to understand m. Set up was easy and the manual was very accessible since it’s a QR code. Overall, this vacuum has been a game changer and I can’t imagine myself without one now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband named this robot vacuum Mr. Shark, but it really should be Mr. Rosie from the Jetsons. I am in LOVE with this robot. It fits nicely under our foyer table. It’s taller than the Roomba so it never gets stuck under our couch. It has an obstacle detector, so it goes around. I haven’t seen if it’ll go around accidentally dog droppings yet. We mapped the house, so the robot can go directly to a room and clean it. My husband loves that it makes clean lines in every room. It had a quiet mode so you can actually talk while it’s running. At the end, it sucks up into the holder for you to clean up after several runs. I really really like this vacuum. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a newly remodeled condo. There is a lot of dust still settling. I love my Shark robatic cleaner. I have it programmed to clean every other day and it keeps up with dust. It’s very easy to set up and program on your smart phone if you chose. I look forward to it being my helper in keeping my condo clean. By the way rugs with fringes are not a problem. The shark goes right over them.

Mapping 5/5 This thing accurately maps my mouse, it doesn't slam into things like the other models I have had. Sound 1/5 it is significantly louder than all other models I have had. Unless you are running in eco mode (the lowest of the 3 power settings) then it is relatively quite. But the normal setting is obnoxiously loud.

This supports auto mapping and no go zones to customize the space you want to vacuum. It also works well in the dark, thanks to LIDAR tech. And supports scheduling so I'm able to run this little guy at night while I'm sleeping! Bravo Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a ranch-style house which is semi-open concept. I can’t believe this little robot can clean the whole thing. It successfully mapped the area with no input from me. The app lets you break up your house into defined rooms of your choosing allowing you to target specific places or clean the whole thing. I prefer to run mine at night because the vacuum is very quiet. I can move obstacles out of the way as part of my nighttime routine and then move them back the next morning. I’ve had other robot vacuums in the past and they routinely got stuck on thresholds or cords. Not an issue with the shark. It’s also a complete game changer that the charging dock empties the vacuum. The dock has filters and a mess free way to empty into the trash. Very impressed.

What a time saver, never having to vacuum again. After setting up the Matrix, it goes on its own. Best part it does not need to be emptied every day. Leave it for a little over a month. What a great idea. Self cleaning, absolutely wonderful.
