I love the self emptying docking station and different ranges to chose. App is easy to navigate which is a big bonus !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is truly amazing! I have a lot of rugs throughout my house and this vacuum does a wonderful job of going right over them! I love that it is self emptying too. This is a great quality vacuum and I would highly recommend!

Bought this few weeks ago and has been the best purchase yet. We have a German shepherd and fur is all over every day. Thanks to this lil guy he keeps up with the tumble weeds the dog creates. We also have bar stools with legs that connect to each other with a 1/4” bar across the floor, good’ol robot kicks it in 4 wheel drive somehow and has no issues jumping the bars. As for our running carpets it’s no challenge to the robot, smooth transition from tile to running carpet and back to tile. They say it has a 45 day or so to empty the bin but since we have a lot of fur we empty it every time it completes its run. The only down side of the whole robot is the filter. Wish it could be removed and washed out but it looks like you have to replace the whole plastic piece when it is time to change the robot filter, the one in the tank looks to be easily washed and replaced. Besides that I’d definitely recommend this lil guy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] oh man i just got this thing in the mail and WOW was it easy to set up!! i currently have it running around my downstairs right now and so far it’s picking up everything. i have pets and kids and let me tell you… this thing really picks it all up.

Works amazing at getting all of the pet hair that the broom misses and all the little sand pieces that attach to your shoes. It empties itself and you only need to do it once in a while. Great item for easy cleaning.

There are two things I HATE -- vacuuming and laundry. Being able to take one of those things off my list permanently feels so good. I would recommend this to anyone. It is so small, sleek and quiet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Shark Robot self emptying vacuum to try to keep up with all dirt and debris in our home. We just built our home so there is a lot of stuff on the floor. We have hardwood floors and area rugs so we wanted something that could tackle both surfaces. This works amazingly and would recommend to others. It does a good job with cleaning the floors, emptying into the base and it is easy to clean. I also enjoy the different things you can program for the shark to do like setting a schedule which we do for the middle of the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Matrix Vacuum is a great little helper. It picks up more than my old robot vacuum. It mapped the house quickly and on the first try. It also picked up a lot more dirt and pet hair than my previous vacuum. However, there are some quirks. First, the vacuum got stuck a few times. We have it set to "Evacuate and Resume" where it is supposed to empty every 30 minutes, however, if the vacuum gets stuck and pauses, that timer seems to reset. This means the vacuum was full and never emptied itself, which makes me question how much cleaning it actually did. Also, the app is missing some basic features that other robot vacuums have. It doesn't show you where it is on the map, what pathing it took, or how much is left. This seems like basic features given that it has LIDAR. I'm also not sure if it has auto-carpet boost where suction increases when its on carpet. Finally, it also makes more noise than other vacuums, like something (either the brush or the roller) is rubbing against something as it spins. Overall, its a great vacuum that could be better if Shark makes some enhancements to its app.

The first run it “maps” your house and the accuracy was 100%; after it maps you can send it to specific rooms depending on if you want it to focus on only certain areas. I’ve found it also picks up all types of dirt with ease. The automatic emptying feature makes using this a breeze
