The self empty function is amazing as well, so easy to clean no need to worry about the vacuum it goes back to her spot and it's done

It works like an absolute charm! It keep the house clean always and it’s very easy to use! I highly recommend to all!

Purchased this unit a little over a week ago, as a tool to help my family out with our baby. I was excited about getting this unit, until I realized it’s not as smart as I thought it would be. The collision avoidance sucks to say the least. As the Shark is cleaning, for example I’ll be standing in the kitchen cooking. While in its path it will hit you in the feet a couple of time before it moves out of the way. It gets stuck and I have to pick it up and move it because it will hop over objects (if I could post the video, I’d be able to show you). While our sone is in his jumper, as it’s cleaning around our son. It hits our son’s jumper while in, then it’ll finally realize it’s hitting something and moves. The shake has hit my son in his legs while in the jumper. Whoever programmed this needs to do better. I’m a computer engineer, to fix this line of code is simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s safe to say I’m not a fan of cleaning so any product that helps me save a step is a product for me. I love how easy it is to use and how it gets a great clean in, making sure our home always stays tidy.

My older shark robotic vacuum started acting up and support was not able to assist. They graciously offered to replace it with this new model. So far it's been GREAT. Even through there is only 1 Brush it still picks up dog hair and sand extremely well. This model does not require as much daily maintenance compared to the older model which had to be hand cleaned out at least once a day as everything would get stuck in the roller area. Definitely recommend this product and this model. We have 3 large dogs and live in a sandy area and it picks up all of that with ease

There are two things I HATE -- vacuuming and laundry. Being able to take one of those things off my list permanently feels so good. I would recommend this to anyone. It is so small, sleek and quiet. YOu will love it.

Saves us time by setting a schedule for it to clean when we want it or on the spot deep or a light cleaning. Works great and I don’t have to worry about sweeping every week. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad to upgrade my older model shark robot to the Matrix version. This has a lot more to offer. It has mapping capability for the rooms you want vacuumed. I also like the charging station that also holds the emptied debris that gets picked up. So no more emptying after each use! The charging station is bigger and provides a good charge. I am always happy with my shark cleaning tools!

The fact the it self empties is amazing. They seem to have improved the steering mechanism as well. I would recommend this for anyone with pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third robot vacuum. I psyched myself up to set it up to the wifi. I’d had horrors with my last robot vac but the Shark was set up in minutes. So easy! I let it fully charge which from 30% to 100% took about three hours. It does an initial map after which you can name rooms, set up no go areas etc,. My house is all on one level but has a transitional step which is too much for any robot vac. I have a 50/50 mix of hardwood with rugs and carpet in the bedrooms. Now for the actual cleaning. It’s quiet. So quiet I had to check it was still running a couple of times. It has a feature called Matrix whereby you can set it to go over heavy traffic or dirtier areas. That takes about 10 mins. It did a flawless job, didn’t get stuck anywhere or knock into anything. I love that heart stopping moment where you think it’s going to fall down the stairs (in this case to the cellar) but it pulls back. I’d used a conventional upright vac first as I wanted to see how much dirt it would pull up on a supposedly clean carpet and I was shocked at how much dust and general nastiness it got up. The self emptying feature is great. No having to empty it after each run and the filter is a big improvement over the typical paper filters. I find these tend to do a better job if you run it if not daily then every other day. Overall I can’t find any faults at all and I totally love it
