[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have hardwood floors with various height rugs throughout our home- so I’ve always been hesitant on an automatic vacuum. Since getting and setting up the shark, my mind has been changed. Fantastic. Every day at 530 She runs through the house like a champ. Today she did get stopped due to a babydoll in the floor from my 2 year old- but once we got the hair untangled, she was good to go. She does self clean once between finishing her run of the home and she’s only tried to commit suicide once by the stairs before we saved her. I can’t imagine not having her. We love shacleana and thank you for creating such a wonderful piece of technology.

This produce is just mediocre. I’m disappointed that Shark removed the two brush feature, giving no real advantage over the competition. Then the one brush attachment is place so that it constantly hits the wheel. Making the brush fray and be absurdly loud.

Pros: - cleans nicely under beds - really fun to watch - app is fairly easy to use and it's nice to be able to tell Sharkira to go clean a specific room - self-emptying dock is really neat and can hold a bunch of junk Cons: - can't map multiple floors of the house; and if there's a step down on one of the floors, won't be able to map across that step - battery life isn't the best - fairly slow at what it does; takes hours to clean a floor - hair got tangled in the brush and the spinning attachment Probably not the best fit for me or for this specific home, but it is a nice addition to our cleaning regimen and will get used the most as a way to clean under all 4 beds in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark Matrix Self Emptying Robot Bagless Vacuum. It’s was so quick and easy to start using it right out of the box. I downloaded the Shark app, sent the robot to map out my house, and named each room after mapping was complete. Now I can send it to clean each room or one room in particular. I love that I can set a weekly schedule for the days and times I would like the Shark Matrix to vacuum. It’s very quiet when it leaves it docking home and keeps my house so clean. I can also set up No Go Zones for areas that I don’t want or need it to go. That is a great feature. When it returns to it dock it will empty itself into the base so it’ll be ready to clean at its next scheduled time and day. The Shark Matrix Self Emptying Bagless Vacuum is absolutely the best vacuum I’ve ever used and it is designed so nicely that it would fit in with any home decor. I would highly recommend it to others.

I bought this as a black Friday deal. I have a Shark upright, which I love, so I figured it would be a great purchase. It barely picked up anything, it ran MAYBE 10 minutes and would return to base saying it was done. It got stuck quite a bit and you can’t pick it up or it “forgets where home is”. I was overall really disappointed and sent it back. I am even more upset I haven’t received my refund and it’s been over 6 days. I won’t shop with them again.

I was already looking for a replacement for my old robot vacuum since it wasn’t vacuuming anymore and was very skeptical since this vacuum only has 1 brush but it does it job pretty good, you can definitely see the difference in the morning after it’s done cleaning, I totally recommend getting one like this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Shark Robot self emptying vacuum to try to keep up with all dirt and debris in our home. We just built our home so there is a lot of stuff on the floor. We have hardwood floors and area rugs so we wanted something that could tackle both surfaces. This works amazingly and would recommend to others. It does a good job with cleaning the floors, emptying into the base and it is easy to clean. I also enjoy the different things you can program for the shark to do like setting a schedule which we do for the middle of the night.

You can set a schedule for the vacuum or just instruct it to clean whenever you want. It scans your house to get the layout before it cleans so it can get every corner. Really wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shark matrix self emptying robot was shockingly awesome. It has a bagless self empty base. So when it is done it backs up to the base and the filter sucks it through to the bagless self empty container. This is very powerful vacuum robot. Claims that the shark is anti-hairwrap which is true for the most part. However this is not the case for the side brush. Side brush has to be maintained because the hair does wrap in its mechanism. Runs off of a precision grid for a matrix clean, no spots missed. It easily detects and avoids anything around its radius. Works on carpets and hard floors. The only thing that I do not like about the shark matrix is that you have to use the app to download on your cell. I can see how that would be a problem for some cell phones. But the app itself is cool you can see the home mapping. You can select rooms and carpet zones and you can schedule. The shark matrix robot also talks to you. Easy setup and assembly.self empty is loud.

Well apparently my floor wasn’t so clean! It wasn’t just crumbs that it picked up, but the tiny dirt particles and the amount of dust was shocking to me! I’m a stay at home mom with a toddler so we always have a mess to clean up. Our new vacuum has already given me a little bit of my time back!
