This can be controlled and managed in multiple ways for convenience. This empties itself as well. A great addition to any cleaning routine.

It was extremely easy to setup and get going. it looks beautiful and works very well leaving beautiful designs on my rugs and carpets and i get compliments on it all the time. super easy to setup and use the app alongside it. love the self emptying feature as well. all in all, 20 out of 10.

They have images and step by step lists on how to activate the vacuum as well as instructions on how to maintain it. It does not take up too much space and I feel comfortable having this vacuum around. It is easy to use and there is not a lot of work required. Very durable and sturdy. Love the fact that it can detect walls or any obstacles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have hardwood floors with various height rugs throughout our home- so I’ve always been hesitant on an automatic vacuum. Since getting and setting up the shark, my mind has been changed. Fantastic. Every day at 530 She runs through the house like a champ. Today she did get stopped due to a babydoll in the floor from my 2 year old- but once we got the hair untangled, she was good to go. She does self clean once between finishing her run of the home and she’s only tried to commit suicide once by the stairs before we saved her. I can’t imagine not having her. We love shacleana and thank you for creating such a wonderful piece of technology.

Bought this product because my iRobot died. We have an upright Shark and love it so we thought this would be a great purchase. Save your money and go with the iRobot. The vacuum itself is okay. It picks up well, like we expected with a Shark but the app is so limited compared to iRobot. It might be fine if this is the first one you buy. It doesn't learn new areas. It completely misses areas even though it can get to them. You can't add new places or rooms. We have had to completely reset everything already and haven't had it a year. The app needs a LOT of work to make this vacuum worth the purchase. Not happy at all and at this point, just waiting for it to die so I can go back to my iRobot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love that this maps the house, so you can select certain rooms or the whole house to be cleaned and that we can schedule cleanings in the app. This wonderful vacuum empties and recharges and continues cleaning until the whole house is clean! Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been amazing - the mapping went really well and was accurate, the app makes it easy to set a schedule, and it does a great job cleaning! I was surprised at just how efficient it is, even in corners and nooks. We haven’t had any issues with it getting stuck or missing any spots and I love that I can set and choose specific areas to vacuum when needed. We have a dog and a crawling baby and this has made my life so much easier. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical, but I really can’t imagine not having one at this point - it’s been that wonderful!

Bought this three months ago and it quits working at least once a week. I know my dog sheds a lot but this thing does not keep up with it at all. Notice that all of the 5 star reviews are from people that got a free product? They were paid to give those reviews. I am in need of replacement parts also already but they are always out of stock

I have been using this Shark Robo Vacuum for two months and just love it! It has been a life saver for our household. My husband has several back issues and he is not able to push a vacuum cleaner. I also do not like to run the vacuum cleaner and it was getting neglected. This was our life saver. Love the job it does. This vacuum cleaner cleans in the smallest clearance spaces. It cleans under our king size bed that is carpeted. Our furniture sits high enough for the vacuum to clean under couch and chairs. It cleans under guest bed which is also on carpet. The rugs feel so much better. We are really thankful that we gave it a try because we couldn’t be happier!

I purchased this 3 months ago, and it works great as far as vacuuming goes. Issue is with the APP. Shark needs these upgraded to the App. Need to be able to schedule room by room by certain day. Only option for scheduling is total house. Can't do that because some times people are asleep and rooms are not ready to be done. Also the only option is to map entire house. Need option to go back to a certain room and have just that room re-mapped. This would be helpful if you move or change furniture around. Another option would be if the vac is having a hard time mapping a room. Only option is to keep mapping entire house.
