[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed by our former robot (bought 3 years ago), but this robot is great! The unboxing and installation were very easy. The phone app is intuitive and guides you to install the vacuum. The base and robot look modern and actually do not take too much space. So far, I am very pleased with this product. First, I like that it has big wheels compared to our old one. The one we had before had hair constantly stuck in the wheels and could not function properly. So I really like this new one just because of that. That said, It is a little loud but it is not bothersome. One other thing that I feel is very important is that the robot cleans near the baseboards so you do not have dust or crumbs left behind against the baseboards. You don't have to sweep behind it like I used to do with our old one. It actually cleans as it should and our carpet and hardwood floors look very nice. Our house is 3800 sq. ft. and we placed it downstairs which is probably about 2800 sq. ft (not 100% sure)? The mapping of our areas was extremely fast. The app mentioned it would take 25 minutes but it took 10 at most and the accuracy on the app was stunning. We can create virtual rooms, no-go zones, and control everything on our phone which is amazing if we want the robot to only clean certain areas...  The robot takes its time to clean, so you have to be patient if you have large areas to clean. It will clean in perfect lines though, and will avoid any object in its way. You can choose different cleaning powers. You can also choose Matrix cleaning and while it will take slightly longer it will do a deep vacuuming cycle! We really like Matrix cleaning for certain areas such as the dining room, especially with 3 kiddos. Let's say that we do not use our regular vacuum that much anymore. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a robotic vacuum for months and am so happy to finally have one! I have mostly hardwood floors and it works great, picking up all of the dirt. I will say I still have to go through and dust occasionally as it doesn’t seem to wipe that up as well, but I still save loads of time using the shark robotic vacuum. I also love the programming features that let me tailor the robot to my needs. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a vacuum.

App is broken yet is one of the main selling points for the Shark Robot Vacuums. The SharkClean app, which is stated in the instructions to be used to control the robot and is used for set up, doesn't create account. The verification link that is sent to emails, when opened from an iPhone, doesn't work. The app, even if you have to create an account and verify it manually on a PC, doesn't recognize existing account, so it won't log on. Via other users on the internet, this has been an unsolved problem for at least 2 years. Customer support was useless. A 15 year old could make a better app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had issues with the robot cleaning all the carpet. I also have a Roomba and never had that issue. The self emptying feature is very nice but it got clogged on first attempt. It did appear to get the carpet clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Excited with our Mini Helper it's so much easier to clean out the bin than the actual robot cleaner very easy to install app and set up. I love the app messages when something is stuck go check it out its amazing. There is some parts of the kitchen that I notice it misses but I do remove my mats to get that hard to get dirt. Overall it goes all over and picks up the mess dirt and especially the hairs all over the house from me and my daughter. When we are having unexpected visitors I turn it on for a quick clean and does it's job All I need is a mop robot and I'm complete. Very happy with shark robot and being able to set it up with alexa as well it's called mama bear when we need her, no issues she cleans and removes her own dirt happy mama's here.

I have been using this Shark Robo Vacuum for two months and just love it! It has been a life saver for our household. My husband has several back issues and he is not able to push a vacuum cleaner. I also do not like to run the vacuum cleaner and it was getting neglected. This was our life saver. Love the job it does. This vacuum cleaner cleans in the smallest clearance spaces. It cleans under our king size bed that is carpeted. Our furniture sits high enough for the vacuum to clean under couch and chairs. It cleans under guest bed which is also on carpet. The rugs feel so much better. We are really thankful that we gave it a try because we couldn’t be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this robot vacuum for about 2 weeks now and I’m pretty impressed. I was already looking for a replacement for my old robot vacuum since it wasn’t vacuuming anymore and was very skeptical since this vacuum only has 1 brush but it does it job pretty good, you can definitely see the difference in the morning after it’s done cleaning, I totally recommend getting one like this!

This is our 3rd robot and the second with the laser on top, I think I like this one better but have only run it a few times since the holidays due to company. It only has one brush but that one brush includes 3 different sets of brushes in the front verses one one each side. I have other Shark items and love thgem.

I'm amazed how much this picks up, I have two dogs which prompted me to give in. The first time out picked up so much hair that I didn't realize was there. The most impressive thing is I didn't have to lift a finger, and the floors were noticably hairless. I'm thinking that might move up to a higher model in the future.
