[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this robot vacuum recently (the first time I’ve tried a robot vacuum), and wow, I love it. Easy is the word that comes to mind immediately with this thing: it was easy to unpackage/set up, easy to install the app, it’s easy to program “routes”, and it’s easy to clean out when it’s done. On top of the ease of use, it does a great job cleaning our floors, and has no problem with our numerous transitions from hardwood to rugs and vice versa. As a new parent who doesn’t always have to time to run a manual vacuum, this thing is a massive time and effort-saver.

What a time saver, never having to vacuum again. After setting up the Matrix, it goes on its own. Best part it does not need to be emptied every day. Leave it for a little over a month. What a great idea. Self cleaning, absolutely wonderful.

I’ve only have my robot a couple of weeks am please with the way it cleans..the only thing I don’t like is the app needed to run it. With my other robot the app was easier to use. But like all things someone thought it needed to be improved & in doing that made it harder to use

In past I’ve had to empty quite frequently but with this bad boy he empties himself and it takes me than a day to fill that before I have to dump. It says 45 days but I don’t think in my home with this many animals it will last that long but I’m still good with that. Last one I had to clean it out every time it ran! Was so easy to set up to get started and it works very well!

I have mostly hardwood floors and it works great, picking up all of the dirt. I will say I still have to go through and dust occasionally as it doesn’t seem to wipe that up as well, but I still save loads of time using the shark robotic vacuum. I also love the programming features that let me tailor the robot to my needs. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a vacuum.

We purchased the Shark Matrix (RV2310AE) roughly 14 days ago, and really liking it so far. This is replacing a Shark RV1001AE, that we purchased in 2019. The Matrix seems to clean better than the RV1001E did new. The Matrix has not gotten stuck like the previous vacuum did. The only gripe we have at the moment, the side brush is already showing wear.

I bought this matrix set it up hooked up and ready to go. First thing it wants to do is map my house but when I tell it to map house it blinks 2 outer red and center white lights battery not charged let charge all night still same thing app says battery full . Waste of my money and time. Thanks shark !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features on the Shark Matrix Self Emptying Robot Vacuum are superb. One of my favorite is the Matrix Grid Cleaning system that allows no spot to be untouched. You still have a room by room mapping system and you can control what rooms and schedule it. It has more suction than my previous robot vacuum cleaner. Another favorite feature is the Anti-Hair Wrap on the roller. No more spending an hour untangling my long hair from around the brush roller!!! It not only vacuums up my hair but cleans up the pet hair from our boxers with ease. I was used to emptying my previous robot multiple times. This one is bagless and has a self-empty base. Not only does it clean better but it’s made my life easier in terms of clean up. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum I've owned. I am pretty impressed with how well it maps and navigates the house. The app makes it easy to tell it to give the living room a once over or "Matrix Clean" (go over the area twice) in the kitchen. It does really well picking up the clumps of pet hair and bits of dirt tracked in around the house. However, I wouldn't say it can completely replace your normal vacuum. It tends to just push around a loose rug in the foyer and power cords/charging cables are its kryptonite. I wouldn't use it completely unattended in case a pet had an accident. The self-emptying feature is very nice. Whenever it's full, it heads back to base and empties, then carries on where it left off. The robot vacuum alone is not as loud as a regular vacuum - you can watch TV while it's working just need to turn up the volume a few notches. The only time it is really loud is when it empties into the base, but that only lasts less that a minute. Overall I am well pleased with this little robot.

For my first robot vacuum I love being able to use an app on my phone to control it, letting it clean just a certain area is really nice as well. it's not super loud which is nice. it seems to avoid obvious objects, but has a harder time with wires/charging cords so it did get caught up once or twice. best to clear the area fairly well before letting it run. having the storage bin is super nice as to not have to constantly empty it out.
