This mozzarella cheese was one of the best. It made a great top to a chicken Parmesan dish. It melted perfectly and was the perfect consistency. It tasted good cold or hot. I would highly recommend this cheese to anyone. It is a great staple for the kitchen.

I initially made a homemade pizza. The package was so large that I took the Remainder to a family dinner where we used it to Make cheesy garlic bread. It was fantastic. The cheese melted perfect perfectly, and everyone enjoyed the cheesy goodness. I just forgot to take a picture so I only have a picture of the pizza.

If you like melted cheese, this product is for you! It melts great and works perfectly for pizza and nachos. It's got good flavor and is not too salty. My family likes it. While it is a big bag, it hasn't clumped up or went bad after a month of being open. I will gladly purchase this in the future.

This cheese is every bit as good as any name brand. It's cheaper too! I love that I can get this size, especially because it freezes really well.
