The flavor is mild and delicious, and even my picky kids love it. I appreciate how convenient the pre-shredded cheese is when I'm trying to get dinner on the table quickly. This cheese is excellent. It is fresh, stringy, and everything you want in a mozzarella cheese. I buy these big bags and seal about a pound in individual freezer bags and keep them for an extended time. It keeps them fresher since I can't use the giant bag before it goes bad, and I save some money doing this over buying little bags.

I really like mozzarella cheese and especially this one so buying in bulk is a no Brainer. I enjoy the mozzarella cheese for pizzas in particular but i do wish the five pound bags came resealable. It would be more convenient than dividing it into gallon zip lock bags.

This cheese is great for any recipe that calls for shredded mozzarella. Our family likes it on homemade pizza, lasagna, any pasta bake, cheese crisps, mozzarella sticks, chaffles, and the list goes on. Since there is so much volume in each bag, I like to freeze it in 1-pound batches and pull one out the day before I need it for a meal. It works great! This cheese melts well and has a great flavor! I love that even though it's pre-shredded, it never has a gritty or powdery texture in any recipes.

This mozzarella cheese was one of the best. It made a great top to a chicken Parmesan dish. It melted perfectly and was the perfect consistency. It tasted good cold or hot. I would highly recommend this cheese to anyone. It is a great staple for the kitchen.

I really enjoyed this cheese! I added to salads, pasta dishes and even just ate some on its own. Its very creamy without that dryness that some shredded cheeses have. My only problem is with the size of the bag. If you have a business or you are making food for large groups its great but it was hard for me to use it all up before it started to mold.

This shredded mozzarella cheese is good quality, whole milk, melts well for shredded cheese. I typically buy blocks of cheese for that reason. It's a little hard/firm for mozzerella cheese, but I believe it's because of the processing and forming the shape. This cheese does well on pizza and has a good flavor, my children will eat it out of a bowl. I would not buy this cheese to just eat, but I buy to cook with and mix in other cheeses to provide a larger variety of flavor. I wish the size of the pieces were smaller.

This is not the same cheese! I have loved the mozzarella cheese for a number of years, but my recent purchase is a disappointment. It is now like every other low quality product on the market. The cheese used to be a quality product with a fresh taste, shape and texture like you would find at a high quality pizzeria. No more fresh taste and the texture with a short, plump cheese shred. Now the shred is long and thin with a dry texture. The biggest disappointment is the taste — nothing special and no longer “fresh”.
