The cheese was delicious. Melted great for our quesadillas and pizza. Also good for topping potatoes. Cheese was similar to grating cheese fresh from a block. With such a large bag I was worried it would go bad before using. It was so delicious we had no problem finishing it within a week and a half.

this cheese was rich and taste and very useful. my family enjoyed it and multiple dresses such as chicken Parmesan lasagna, eggplant, Parmesan, and pizza. it was well received by my family and I would definitely purchase this again and recommended to others. does Delicioso!

I used it to make corn casserole and it was delicious!! I used a thick layer on top and it melted nicely. It had a great taste. I also used it for beef tacos. I have no complaints and would definitely buy to cook with or as a topping.

Can’t go wrong with mozzarella cheesus. Good for tacos, pizza, whatever your little heart desires. Would recommend to anyone who loves themselves some grilled cheesus, tacos, home made pizza, salad, all of the things.

I like to keep this on hand for adding to dishes. I freeze it in smaller bags and try to keep it on hand most of the time.

Overall I think it has good flavoring , does it taste like fresh mozzarella? Of course not but it serves its purpose, easy go to for quick snacks. My son likes to cook a lot, homemade pizzas, quesadillas, omelets, all tasted great with this cheese. It does melt better than most other pre shredded brands I have tried.

Used this shredded mozzarella cheese for homemade pizza. It was easy to sprinkle and wasn't caked or clumpy. The cheese melted evenly and bubbly. I will definitely purchase agagin. The only drawback is the packaging isn't resealable so I transferred the cheese into a reusble silicon bag.

This was a very good size to use when feeding a crowd. Made several trays of lasagna, and baked ziti. Was able to complete this project and freeze the results to use at a later date. Will buy again YUM
