I really like mozzarella cheese and especially this one so buying in bulk is a no Brainer. I enjoy the mozzarella cheese for pizzas in particular but i do wish the five pound bags came resealable. It would be more convenient than dividing it into gallon zip lock bags.

This cheese is excellent. It is fresh, stringy, and everything you want in a mozzarella cheese. I buy these big bags and seal about a pound in individual freezer bags and keep them for an extended time. It keeps them fresher since I can't use the giant bag before it goes bad, and I save some money doing this over buying little bags.

Good mozzarella cheese, has a nice milk flavor and easy melting and good texture to it. Good if you are catering or making bulk meals. But otherwise the packaging could use work I would like to see the pounds individually bagged inside the larger bag or maybe a resealable bag for multiple uses.

This cheese exceeds other cheeses by a lot. Most shredded cheeses are dry out of the bag. Rarely do they have the proper moisture, this does. It is still low moisture, just not already dried out. It melts great when needed and tastes great. No need to purchase other more expensive varieties.

This cheese is great for any recipe that calls for shredded mozzarella. Our family likes it on homemade pizza, lasagna, any pasta bake, cheese crisps, mozzarella sticks, chaffles, and the list goes on. Since there is so much volume in each bag, I like to freeze it in 1-pound batches and pull one out the day before I need it for a meal. It works great! This cheese melts well and has a great flavor! I love that even though it's pre-shredded, it never has a gritty or powdery texture in any recipes.

This cheese has a very good, smooth taste and texture. The packaging is nice and thick plastic. The only thing that I would want is if it were a resealable packaging. That is a lot of cheese to have to store. It is a very white color and melts easily

This mozzarella cheese is great tasting!!! It’s very easy to cook with it and melts well. The product adds great flavor to your foods Especially if you Love cheese this product is for you. We love adding it to our pizzas and other cheese recipes. It’s great that you can get in a big bag and it also freezes very well.

The Member's Mark Shredded Mozzarella Cheese is great if you're making a large scale dinner or you just love cheese. It melts well and has a great taste. Whether you are making lasagna or a grilled pepperoni and cheese sandwich, I would recommend it.

The Members Mark shredded mozzarella cheese is really good product. It’s creamy and tasty without the same chalkiness that other brands have from the preservatives. The only reason that I took a star off was that the bag is not resealable which is super inconvenient for a bag this size.

This is not the same cheese! I have loved the mozzarella cheese for a number of years, but my recent purchase is a disappointment. It is now like every other low quality product on the market. The cheese used to be a quality product with a fresh taste, shape and texture like you would find at a high quality pizzeria. No more fresh taste and the texture with a short, plump cheese shred. Now the shred is long and thin with a dry texture. The biggest disappointment is the taste — nothing special and no longer “fresh”.
