The product arrived in a timely manner, no opened bag and still cool to go right into the refrigerator. We used in a pasta dish and the taste was amazing, so creamy. Everyone in the house loved it. I have found myself planning the menu to use more.

Absolutely delicious cheese. Large quantity and absolutely great for making pizzas or other Italian items that need significant cheese. Shreds are larger than other cheeses. Will definitely look to buy again in the future.

Very well shredded. Not all stuck together in a clump. Arrived well chilled. Taste as good as name brand. Melts great. Used in lasagna, on top of pizza, spaghetti, melted on garlic bread and toast. Melted great and tasted good.

Quality mozzarella! The mozzarella tastes good and the shreds are just the right size. The product melts very well, has a creamy texture and has an excellent "cheese pull". The shreds are not clumped together in the packaging.
