This shredded mozzarella cheese is good quality, whole milk, melts well for shredded cheese. I typically buy blocks of cheese for that reason. It's a little hard/firm for mozzerella cheese, but I believe it's because of the processing and forming the shape. This cheese does well on pizza and has a good flavor, my children will eat it out of a bowl. I would not buy this cheese to just eat, but I buy to cook with and mix in other cheeses to provide a larger variety of flavor. I wish the size of the pieces were smaller.

Delicious mozzarella cheese! This bag is huge and has so much cheese that we split the bag up into 4 quart sized freezer bags and stored the extra in the freezer. The cheese has a wonderful flavor and great consistency. It is shredded into larger shreds which works incredibly well for pizza and lasagna, but also works great in salads. We used it to make a homemade pizza and even the kids couldn’t get enough.

This mozzarella cheese has a decent taste, but I honestly wouldn’t say it’s my favorite. It had a nice mild mozzarella flavor, and I do like that it is able to buy in a larger quantity, my knocking off a star comes from the fact that it goes bad so quickly in one huge 5lb bag, I wish they would sell this as like a 2 or 3 pack in smaller quantity so it would stay fresher longer, because when I received this in May, the expiration date says good until mid-July, but once we opened it I’d say it spoiled within 2 weeks, so unless you’re planning something where you would use a full 5lb bag fairly quickly you will end up wasting a lot of product.

This cheese has a very good, smooth taste and texture. The packaging is nice and thick plastic. The only thing that I would want is if it were a resealable packaging. That is a lot of cheese to have to store. It is a very white color and melts easily

I really like mozzarella cheese and especially this one so buying in bulk is a no Brainer. I enjoy the mozzarella cheese for pizzas in particular but i do wish the five pound bags came resealable. It would be more convenient than dividing it into gallon zip lock bags.

This cheese has a very good flavor. My family even commented on it. I have used it on homemade pizza, lasagna and various other recipes. Since it is a large package, I divided it and put it in freezer bags with a little cornstarch (this keeps it from clumping) It freezes well.

This cheese was SO good. It did not have that powdery coating that some other bagged cheese has. It melted perfectly and was stringy when eaten warm. We used it on homemade pizzas and had so much fun. They were delicious. The super sized bag goes a long way. Plenty to share and freeze. The bag is not resealable which was not a big deal as we placed in smaller containers for future use. Don.t hesitate to buy this cheese!

High quality cheese! Just like every Member’s Mark product I’ve ever used/consumed, this cheese is high quality and a great bang for your buck! The bulk size allows for fresh mozzarella anytime I need. I break down the big bag and freeze smaller bags to pull out whenever I need.

Member's Mark Shredded Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella 5 lb is nice to have on hand. I break it down to baggies at 2 cups each and freeze until needed. It thaws well and is a wonderful topper for pizza and pasta dishes. It is very creamy and tastes amazing.
