I love this cheese. It melts easily, and had an amazingly great flavor. It is the perfect cheese for lasagna as it is moist and easy to use. I like the big bag with the sealing strip so it is east to close up. This allows for easy storage after you remove the amounts of cheese that you need.

I really enjoyed this cheese! I added to salads, pasta dishes and even just ate some on its own. Its very creamy without that dryness that some shredded cheeses have. My only problem is with the size of the bag. If you have a business or you are making food for large groups its great but it was hard for me to use it all up before it started to mold.
