this cheese was rich and taste and very useful. my family enjoyed it and multiple dresses such as chicken Parmesan lasagna, eggplant, Parmesan, and pizza. it was well received by my family and I would definitely purchase this again and recommended to others. does Delicioso!

The size at 5# was plenty to use in multiple ways. And it stayed fresh for weeks.

This was our first time trying the Member's Mark shredded mozzarella. We liked the flavor and thought it melted nicely in several different dishes. This is a good value especially if you don't want to wait to shop the sales at other retailers and will work if you go through alot of mozzarella or freeze some of it.

This shredded mozzarella is very flavorful and has that perfect texture you expect from mozzarella. It’s great as a snack and easy to cook with. The only complaint I have is that for such a large bag it’s not resealable so be ready to repackage it once you open the bag or use it all up!

If you like melted cheese, this product is for you! It melts great and works perfectly for pizza and nachos. It's got good flavor and is not too salty. My family likes it. While it is a big bag, it hasn't clumped up or went bad after a month of being open. I will gladly purchase this in the future.

I love this cheese. We are not commercial - so I divide, freeze and vacuum seal this into 2 cup bags. It freezes really well if it is vacuum sealed. It thaws quickly and melts perfectly - even after being frozen. By doing this - I have saved significantly. This cheese is a great mozzarella and melts well.

I made a lasagna with this cheese. It’s really good. Melted nicely and has a good flavor. The cheese seemed really fresh, better than the typical grocery store bag of mozzarella. I also tasted it before I put it on the lasagna. It’s good cheese. The shreds are the perfect size for dishes such as pizza or lasagna.

This cheese is so so good. It creamy and melts very easy. The bag is huge and goes a long way. It goes great in so many different dishes. We had it in quesadillas, lasagna, scrambled eggs to name a few. My kids ate it right from the bag. I would definitely recommend it over many of the name brand cheeses.
