This low-moisture mozzarella cheese is the perfect cheese for a pizza, paninis, nachos, grilled cheese and more! It has a very good, mild flavor and melts very easy. The cheese pull is fantastic. We made a pizza with this and it was delicious! I do not see any difference between this cheese and name-brand cheeses. In fact this might be a bit better in my opinion, especially in the area of melting.

This is a lot of cheese, as a family of 3, we typically parcel it out into freezer bags to save some for later. Love making home made pizzas. Whether it's pepperoni, ground turkey or my new favorite, grilled chicken… they are always a healthy(ish) big hit with the littles and bigs alike! I use zero net carb wraps for the base of the pizza, a can of tomato sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and mozzarella. Pro tip, slightly toast the wrap before putting on the pizza sauce and toppings.

This cheese is very good and at a good value compared to "brand name". I have used it as a sprinkle on salad, with pasta dishes, and on homemade pizza. It is also very tasty right out of the bag! Because it is a large bag, I freeze the cheese in quart freezer bags for later use for baking pasta dishes and pizza.

I made a lasagna with this cheese. It’s really good. Melted nicely and has a good flavor. The cheese seemed really fresh, better than the typical grocery store bag of mozzarella. I also tasted it before I put it on the lasagna. It’s good cheese. The shreds are the perfect size for dishes such as pizza or lasagna.

This was our first time trying the Member's Mark shredded mozzarella. We liked the flavor and thought it melted nicely in several different dishes. This is a good value especially if you don't want to wait to shop the sales at other retailers and will work if you go through alot of mozzarella or freeze some of it.

I used the members mark mozzarella cheese on a number of foods such as eggs, tacos, hot dish, and pasta. The cheese tasted good, has good texture, and mixes well with food, whether you want the cheese to be melted or its normal state. I’ve only had the cheese for a week or so but I have not had any clumping or sticking together in a ball. The greatest recommendation I can give for this cheese is I would buy the cheese again and I have no issues using it in or with a variety of food. I highly recommend it.

The convenience of already being shredded and having a 5lb bag makes this a repeat purchase. The cheese melted nice and kept well in the fridge and freezer for future meals. It was not watery and tastes good! It's worth the price for the amount you get.

Used this shredded mozzarella cheese for homemade pizza. It was easy to sprinkle and wasn't caked or clumpy. The cheese melted evenly and bubbly. I will definitely purchase agagin. The only drawback is the packaging isn't resealable so I transferred the cheese into a reusble silicon bag.

I love this cheese. We are not commercial - so I divide, freeze and vacuum seal this into 2 cup bags. It freezes really well if it is vacuum sealed. It thaws quickly and melts perfectly - even after being frozen. By doing this - I have saved significantly. This cheese is a great mozzarella and melts well.

This shredded mozzarella is very flavorful and has that perfect texture you expect from mozzarella. It’s great as a snack and easy to cook with. The only complaint I have is that for such a large bag it’s not resealable so be ready to repackage it once you open the bag or use it all up!
