Crisp, clear sound even at lower volume, and zero distortion at higher volume. Great sound range/depth/bass for both television for speech and music. Using it with a Samsung TV - helps greatly to direct the sound forward, instead of using those awful side/rear speakers on the TV. The rear speakers and sub-woofer offer solid surround sound.

These speakers do what they are supposed to do. They have very clear sound, pretty simple installation, and the remote works well and isn't overly complicated. You could pay a lot more for better speakers, but for me and probably most people, these speakers work just fine.

For the price we paid this surround sound system this system has power!!! The sound is the bomb! It vibrates the walls and furniture. Very very very happy with our purchase!! Very easy to install also. Only complaint is not enough speaker wire for the rear speakers. We have a huge living room. I recommend to anyone!!!

REMOTE CONTROL DOESNT WORK PROPERLY!! I just bought this hooked it up. It sounds good. I can hear it. However, the remote does not work. I try to turn the volume up and down and it just mute it every time it puts it on mute it’s annoying so I have to get up go over to the sound bar and press the buttons to turn it up and down what’s the sense of having a remote so I’m most likely gonna be returning this it’s such a shame because it sounded great and I really was looking forward to having the system!!

Probably better options for the money.

I liked the Bluetooth satellite speakers and installation was easy. The aesthetics are great too. However, the sound isn't as full as I had hoped for, and the bass is a bit weak. I bought Samsung hoping for good sound, but I can't say that the sound stands out. I will probably buy a better system in a few months.

Name brands don't always mean better sound!

Don't buy a sound system without Dolby Atmos! If you're looking for better sound out of your cheaper TV speakers, you'll like this, but there are better alternatives that include Atmos and are around the same price. You're essentially only paying for the Samsung brand logo with this model.

Sound is awful. Gave one star ease of install

This surround sound system was replacing a Sony system that was 14 years old and had optical audio, so a new TV with no optical port would not work. Installation was a breeze with the Bluetooth pairing. It could not have been easier. The two rear speakers are corded which I wasn’t aware of and disappointed about. The big issue is with the sub. It is the same size as my previous Sony sub but is awful. When I turned the system on for the first time, I didn’t think the sub was working. I turned the tv station to an R and B channel on Sirius so it could play some bass and I had to literally place my hand in front of the speaker to see if it was working. Sure enough it was but absolutely no bass. The sound bar puts more sound out than the sub. This is not what I wanted. Could not be more disappointing. When bass hit on my previous Sony system and was turned up, you could feel it. Now with this system there is no bass at all. Movies like Jurassic Park and music channels will never be the same with this system. Wish I would have used this money towards another system. Do not buy if you want a balanced sound system
