When I saw that Bissell had a HydroSteam carpet cleaner I knew this would be a game changer for us. This thing is amazing. It absolutely destroys the urine stains with the steam feature that we had on our carpet. I don't have to worry anymore about our puppy having an accident. The HydroSteam is the answer to all our potty problems. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who has a pet that has potty issues. This is a must buy! And it's fun to use too! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has amazing cleaning ability. I have owned carpet cleaners from a few manufacturers for over 30 years and this one does the job! I just cleaned my 10 year old bedroom carpet after a major renovation and am very pleased with the result. Even black toilet wax seal that was tracked on by a contractor came out with a little work. It cleaned it much better than the previous generation BISSELL pet machine that I thought did a good job. I did have some difficulties after I originally assembled the machine. I did not fully lock in the top water bracket before inserting and locking in the handle, so I had to find a YouTube on how to get the handle off and reassemble. It also makes a sometimes loud "squeaky squealing wheel" sound, that is not from the wheels, but while the motor is running. I am short, and I noticed if I hold the handle in a higher position, the sound is lessened. I will try to get through to customer service to figure this out at some point, because is becomes annoying after a while... BISSELL made several improvements from the my previous model. The water fill tank is more square and sits firmly in the sink or on the countertop. It is easier to fill, doesn't topple over, and less messy when adding the solution. The dirty water tank is much easier to reinsert, the older model was very tricky, and this one is very easy to empty and clean. This machine goes through twice as much water and solution than my last one, but it also does a far superior job. My thick carpet stayed damp for 24 hours after cleaning. (I will see if this improves when I am doing routine cleaning). I have not tried the attachments yet, hoping for the same results on my stairs! My only other issue is not complete assembly instructions, I had to figure my problem out on my own, and the website was not very helpful. #sweepstakes

Had to use my Revolution Bissell carpet cleaner to extract the water left behind. Roller cleaning instructions are incomplete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this to replace a regular bissell pet carpet cleaner that finally had enough of my pomeranians. I love this new steam feature and it seems that the carpets are much cleaner after each pass. I hope to win so I am mentioning "sweepstakes" Bissell makes amazing products and having 2-3 pomeranians at any given time, they get put to good use. We have wall to wall carpeting in our old house and we are constantly cleaning up after one dog or another.

On top of the normal pet messes, plus a kiddo, our Dobie likes to eat socks and subsequently throws up. Our yet-to-be-neutered daschund has taken to "marking" in the whole til we can get him snipped. We are also VERY OCD about our cleanliness. We recently had our house professionally steam cleaned. We then bought this Hydrosteam. Honestly, I think it does a better job than the professional steam cleaning company. IT'S AMAZING! Our carpet is actually clean, feels clean, and IS clean. It's also super easy to use! Also, compared to other carpet cleaners we have had in the past, this feels vastly better built and more solidly constructed. 11/10 would buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to hire a professional carpet cleaning company, but decided to buy the steam cleaner instead so that I could continue using it over and over. It worked wonders on my carpet and tough pet stains. I love the ease of the functions, especially the brush and machine cleaning step! Very easy to use. It is a bit heavy, especially using on stairs, but it works so well that this wasn't a negative for me. I am so glad I took the chance and purchased this.
