It immediately extracted a large stained area from an old leaky (Bissell) cleaner that I had just replaced with this new steam cleaner. I totally shocked me on how well it removed the old stain on an off-white carpet with the first pass! Best Bissell carpet cleaner I have ever bought!! Great product

Excellent. Good cord length. Excellent cleaning. Good water extraction. Very maneuverable. Easy to use, fill and empty. The on board steam seems to really help with cleaning. My favorite carpet machine so far.

Cleaned 4 room size area rugs plus two bedrooms and hallway. Used the steam and clean settings. Extraction was very effective. Drying time was fairly quick. No residue observed. From looks of the water penetration was adequate.

This is an excellent carpet and upholstery cleaner. The tools provided are well made and I like the self-cleaning option, especially after cleaning something that is really dirty. We cleaned a couch that we thought was unsalvageable, but this machine did a great job and now have a very nice clean couch.

I borrowed my daughter's cleaner and was so impressed with it that I ordered my own. One of the things I like about it is that the cost of the machine and 2 bottles of cleaning solution is quite a bit less than the cost of a professional to clean my carpet. Now I can clean as often as I like and only costing the solution I use, which is very little. It's very easy to operate and the changing of the solution canister and the waste water canister is also easy. I'm very pleased with this product

Absolutely the best Bissell Carpet Scrubber I have owned and this is my third one. I literally use them so much I wear them out. I have been very pleased with all of them but this one is definitely superior to the ones I've had prior to this. I was concerned about the price but I have found that it is worth every penny. Its's cleaning capabilities are amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

Purchased out of necessity, not disappointed!

Having dogs and cats. I have always had a Bissell steam cleaner in the house since we have lots of carpeting. The older products did a decent job keeping the carpets clean. The Revolution Hydrosteam takes it to a whole new level. You can actually see the steam when you are operating the unit. The vacuum side is night and day better than the older versions. I used to have to go over the carpet several times over a couple hours to get it really dry. This new unit does a great job right away (big time and muscle saver). I would put the Revolution Hydrosteam Pet Carpet Cleaner on parr with the rental units. at the hardware stores. The sample cleaner solution completely made the carpet look like new and smells great. I'm now motivated to do the entire house this weekend. The wheels roll nice and smooth making the task easy enough for my kids. Great product!

Wondered if it would remove normal foot traffic soiling. It didn't fully remove it. I could still see traffic path versus never touched carpet areas under say the couch when exposing the carpet. Other normal spots were removed and overall I'm sure the carpet is cleaner. Debated on returning it but will keep it for normal freshening up and if someone needs to borrow it.
