I had a very reliable carpet cleaner service for years but with two aging pups I needed something for those in between times. The amount of dirt that came up when I cleaned the rug was absolutely horrible. The carpet looks brand new and you can bet I won't be paying for service any longer. Bissell is the best!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a small dog and a little one, having the HydroSteam provides that extra comfort to let out little one run around and roll on the carpet. We have a light color carpet and our son and dog do make a mess, and the extra steam feature helps loosen up the dirt. Sure there are more germs at the daycare and outdoors, but I do want our home to be a clean space for him.

My husband liked that the Bissell was easier to fill with the cleaning solution, easier to maneuver and easier to clean the machine. We also own another very high priced carpet cleaner. We dreaded carrying our Rug D***** upstairs. No problem with the Bissell. Next up is cleaning the stairs.

I've only attempted those spots since receiving the cleaner and it has done a great job on them. Looking forward to cleaning the entire carpet to see the difference.
