[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used my new BISSELL yesterday for the first time. It was super easy to put together and amazing to use. I have had BISSELLs for about 30 years and the one thing that always annoyed me, was the brushes getting pet hair wound in them. Well this one did not. Big plus, the cover over the brushes open, so you can clean the brushes after each use. Added plus, the unit comes with a plastic bottom that you can use to wash the brushes and doubles as a holder to catch the drips when you store the unit. So no storage messes. Big win BISSELL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the last 2 weeks I have cleaned all three floors of my home which are carpeted, including 2 sets of stairs. I feel that very few large corporations make a decent product anymore, but I was quite impressed with this. It is the third carpet cleaner I've owned in my lifegtime and, by a large margin, is of the highest quality. The cleaning and suction is amazing; the hose and stair-cleaning tool worked excellently I feel my floors are the cleanest they have been in 25 years. Highly recommend for those who like to clean their own carpets.

The steam helps break down the extra dirt and grime as well as eases our minds in the cleanliness of the carpets. I know kids get dirty and get germs from all over the place, but I still find comfort in knowing that our home is a clean space for him.

I absolutely love the flexibility of doing one floor at a time instead of having carpets in the whole house off limits to our Labrador. I was amazed at how much dog hair came up in the brushes even when I had vacuumed minutes before. Watch customer YouTube how-to videos instead of the Bissell corporate one- they are more comprehensive and don't have that horrible music track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After first use, it seems to have cleaned the carpet well and removed most stains with just the upright option. Only giving four stars due to how fast you go through clean water compared to a rug doctor style one; needing to refill this three time to get through one 10x13 ish room. Similarly, the waste water fills up very fast and requires emptying before you even get through the fresh water. This did seem to be partially due to foam taking up 3 inches of the reservoir and triggering the machine to stop sucking until emptied. This makes for a long process of emptying or filling approximately 10 times per room. I did like the cleaning tray that came with this bundle as it easily cleans the brushes and waste water tubes before storing. All in all, worth it and would recommend to buy, but hope that the design can be adjusted to allow for larger reservoirs. One other challenge, was the learning curve with getting the steam to heat, and the brushes running continuously when sitting upright and on. (The machine is more techy, so I needed to watch a few videos to trouble shoot initially, but now I understand its quirks moving forward) I would probably buy it again or recommend it to others who asked. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous owner of current house had dogs that would pee by all of the doors while they were gone. 3/4 of this house has carpet and all doors were in carpeted areas. I had a different brand regular carpet cleaner that was just not getting it cleaned out no matter what I did. Got the HydroSteam and it has been an absolute game changer. It is amazing. It is a nice weight, not so heavy to push around but heavy enough to get water out of the carpet. Leaves carpets fresh and clean.

In the 2 rooms I have done thus far, it is pulling the dirt and such out great! The rooms smell so much better and the carpets are looking wonderful again.

I love the hydro steam it works so good. I got red cool aid out using the steam feature. It leaves my carpet looking brand new and smelling the best it has in forever.
