The removable brush cover is absolutely key in this product, so you can easily clean out the brush head area. Really quality product worth the money. Our awful old apartment carpets lifted an entire shade with this thing.

Cat urine smell is so hard to get out of the rug. My cat passed away at home from cancer. This left blood and urine on my carpet. I could never get this out of my carpet without this scrubber.

Had to use my Revolution Bissell carpet cleaner to extract the water left behind. Roller cleaning instructions are incomplete
