[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love steam cleaning my home but I've only been able to do that with a manual stick steam cleaner on wooden floors. I like that this vacuum allows me to clean my carpets much faster than my small handheld, which took forever to clean a small space. The fact that it vacuums and cleans with a single machine has cut down on hauling multiple cleaners to get the job done. It's straightforward to set up and use and comes with cleaning solutions. It has a large capacity tank so I can do plenty in one fill. The size is a little bulky so maneuvering it isn't super smooth. The steam aspect of this makes it more efficient at cleaning messes the kids make and I don't have to scrub as much. Overall this is doing a much better job at cleaning the carpeted areas of the house compared to my previous products.

The vacuum cleaned every mess I used on it flawlessly. The steam made me feel like it really penetrated the stains and mess- especially on messes that were on fabric. The vacuum took care of every sticky mess… after my floors were spotless. I really utilized the steam function. The vacuum was heavy but because it cleaned so well I kept on reaching for it. I really appreciated the self clean function on the vacuum. It made cleaning a breeze!

And I eventually believed them when I could not get it clean despite my best effort. But then, I tried the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam. I could not believe how quickly the stains lifted!! Our rugs all look brand new again. I love how easily it glides across various carpet textures. It's intuitive to use and the attachments are so well thought out. One of the most surprising things about this amazing tool is how well it works not only on carpet and tile but on detailing our car! The attachments were the perfect shape and size and the steam really eliminated the odor from some spilled food that was starting to make us all a little queasy. One of my biggest concerns was how the heat might damage the wood under my rugs, but I was pleased to report, the steam not only lifted stuck on stains but also never stayed hot enough to cause any pain or damage. It's safe to use around pets and kids, but exceptionally effective on stuck on stains. I only wish I had one for every floor of my home! It's a little tricky carrying it up and down the stairs. I seriously suggest getting yourself the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam today. I might just order another one right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I wound up with this HydroSteam cleaner, I already had another regular carpet cleaner (without a steam function), that I thought I was happy with but figured I'd give this one a try….. One cleaning session later, this one is staying in my cleaning arsenal and the other one has been donated! As a mom of boys, 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a ranch wife (IYKYK), in a house with too much carpet… this HydroSteam is a must! We have lighter carpet, and it was rough. I cleaned it regularly with my old carpet cleaner, but I had just accepted the fact that there were going to be spots on our carpet that would never come out. This machine changed that, and I truly think the steam power made all the difference! The dual steam feature is unbelievable handy. The fact that you can pre-treat sticky stains is huge, and absolutely works! The suction power made the drying time after cleaning the carpets about half of what it would take with my old carpet cleaner, and the carpets felt noticeably more clean after using this HydroSteam cleaner than with my old one as well. We were at the point of starting to talk about replacing the carpets, but having this HydroSteam cleaner will push that conversation (and expense) back! This is a well thought out machine with lots of handy features. It is so easy to take all the pieces apart to ensure everything is cleaned well before putting it away- no more little traps for dirt and grime and gunk (and stink). The self cleaning feature for the hose is brilliant! So simple and easy to use and saves a ton of mess trying to clean the machine after each use. The HydroSteam is sturdy and well built. It is heavy enough to feel solid, without being so heavy it's a challenge to move around and use. (And totally cosmetic, but the black and copper coloring looks pretty sharp too!). This HydroSteam is absolutely worth it for the seam power and the extra features. Having a machine that is easy to use, even easier to clean, and one that does such a good job, means I will use it that much more. This one is truly a gem!

This was my first experience with Hydrosteam technology, and I was honestly amazed by the results. I had been struggling to remove old dog urine stains and odors from the carpet in an upstairs storage room. I'd already tried multiple spray and scrub products, but nothing worked. The stains always came back, and the smell kept getting worse. Right out of the box, this cleaner was incredibly simple to set up. It took less than five minutes to assemble and fill the tank with the included urine removal formula and water. Once I started cleaning, the results were instant. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My before and after photos are not as dramatic as the ones by the brand, but I do notice a difference in the cleanliness of the area rugs I cleaned. I tried it on two different area rugs. One that is a lighter color and just looked grimy since my dog loves to sit there. Another was a thin, entryway doormat that you could see some dirt stains on. At first, the light colored rug didn't look very different - but after checking the next morning I could see a difference! I was worried about using steam on the thinner door rug, but that worked as well without penetrating the rubber between the rug and floor. It is pretty satisfying to see all the dirt collected in the dirty water compartment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam is a mom's dream machine! As a mom of four busy boys and a fur baby, keeping our floors clean is quite a task. It seems like there are always muddy footprints or smudges and drops of random stickiness around our house. This product is extremely durable, relatively quiet and easy to use. It has simple ‘how to' instructions with pictures making it easy to get started. Other cleaning tools we have used in the past feel exhausting to use over any amount of space and tedious to clean in comparison. I was impressed with the overall cleaning power. In the photos, you can see that our light carpet was covered with spots of dog throw up, mud, and coffee drips. I used the pre-clean steam setting, as well as the main steam feature. The steam feature felt powerful and truly clean. It was amazing! This machine seriously took only a few moments to get rid of all spots extremely well. The cleaning solution went further than I thought it would and allowed me to keep going to clean other much needed areas. It even helped get up extra fur out of the carpet. I was impressed by how well it not only cleaned, but also vacuumed up the gunk. I've also used this machine on my other floors and have been impressed with how easy it is to use. It truly made cleaning the floors feel less cumbersome. LOVE the self cleaning tool. Seriously! Could all cleaning supplies please come with a ‘self clean' feature?!very easy to use! Overall, a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is very powerful and looks very sleek. The instructions were simple and clear. After putting it together, I was sure that I would love it. As a disclaimer, I do not have pets but I do have 4 young children and plenty of carpet in my home. I liked the steam power and the liquid releasing on the bottom as you push the vacuum. I could see the spills getting lighter and lighter over time, but it did take quite a few minutes of back and forward strokes. After a few moments, I noticed that the carpet looked dirtier than before! Turns out, the dirt that vacuum is collecting mixed with the liquids from the cleaning products were clumping together falling out from the vacuum. It was quite gross. I turned over the machine and could see where the buildup was happening. I cleaned it out and continued vacuuming but this happened repeatedly. When I opened the compartment to attach the handheld attachment, I could see a buildup of dirt there too (after using the full size vacuum but never the handheld yet). The handheld cleaning was pretty thorough and did a decent job. It also has a self clean feature which is super simple. Cleaning out the machine was relatively easy as well. Overall, the vacuum does a decent job getting out tough stains but does buildup grime during a single use and the grime will fall out of the machine while you are cleaning which is gross. I have attached before and after photos as well as the grime buildup (where the droppings fall from).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam Carpet Cleaner. One of my favorite features is the steam option for pretreating stains. It does a great job loosening spots before cleaning, and I noticed a real difference on tougher stains. The machine is also very powerful, and the water tank holds enough to clean an entire bedroom without needing to refill, which made the job much quicker and easier. Another thing I loved is how simple it is to take apart and clean. The parts snap off easily, rinse quickly, and snap right back into place. No complicated cleanup. Overall, it's powerful, easy to maintain, and does a great job removing stains. Definitely a 5-star product in my book.

I love the rose gold color featured on the handle and base, and it took less than 5 minutes to assemble, as it was very intuitive and easy to put together. Who knew a carpet cleaner could be so aesthetically pleasing! Aside from the look, most importantly, this bad boy is incredibly effective and simple to use. I used it at two houses while moving, cleaning several rooms and area rugs without issue. The included hose and attachments are an added bonus, as this is also great for spot cleaning and upholstery; the rocker in my son's room looks brand new after cleaning. The overall cleaning power is a 10/10. The Steam Power function is unique and helpful for cleaning up sticky toddler (and adult) messes. The self-cleaning cycle simplified the clean up process during a very busy and chaotic move and was such a nice feature compared to other upright carpet cleaners I've used that did not self-clean and the process was much more tedious to clean out the water tank. This machine is multifunctional and essentially replaces a few other tools, making it our new go-to carpet cleaner. I gave 4 stars overall simply because I have not had enough time to assess the longevity of the product. Highly impressed so far!
