[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since getting the Revolution HydroSteam pet Exclusive Bundle Carpet cleaner I've used it one time. It seems to do a good job and I like the Steam treatment that it produces. My only complaint so far is the Cleaning Tray that comes with the bundle. When cleaning it with the required water to clean the roller brushes, it splashes water outside the tray and get water all around on the floor. So if you get this bundle make sure when you use the roller clean tray is that you do it on a floor that you don't mind wiping up a lot of splashed out water.

I made a decsiion on all the data I found that concluded the unit I purchased fit the best for what I was wanting to achieve. THis unit, did perform very well. I find that the carpet cleaner is something that I can utilize for many years and allow other family members to use in their homes. My carpet cleaning result wa great, I only wished I purchased this years ago.

I bought this as a replacement for another brand and model and am amazed at the difference in cleaning power. The steam makes the difference. It's also very easy to clean especially with the cleaning tray. As with all carpet cleaners it would be great if the clean and waste water containers were bigger. The machine is very sturdy and should hold up for a long time.

There were some very old and deeply set stains in my carpet that would go away momentarily with my older model but always seemed to reappear, and it completely removed them without a trace. I will recommend this new machine to everyone I know.

It is taking more than once to get the floor clean, but that's because it had gotten extra dirty and it was just too large of an area to scrub by hand. Even the Crosswave (which I love and I use on all the other floors) was not powerful enough to get the floor clean. This is a heavy duty machine for a heavy duty floor. It will be much easier to maintain now that we have the HydroSteam.

I researched the HydroSteam product and decided to make the purchase. I mentioned to my wife after I used the steamer on several of our carpets. The best steamer I've used. Simple to operate, clean and does an amazing job.

And no extra cleaner container. I'm still getting used to the way it functions but seems to be a nice update and replacement if my old one's.

I have used it in every room in our home. It is SO easy to operate and especially easy on my 68 yr old back. I especially love the cleaning pan for cleaning the bristle brushes for after I have completed a room.
