[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam is a great machine. It is well made, powerful, and has a great aesthetic with the touches of rose gold. One thing to know about this machine is that it is not small, it is a decent size and you will want to take that into consideration with storage and possibly carrying up and down stairs. The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam had great suction and did not leave my carpet too wet which was great! I also loved that I could see the filth that the machine was able to pick up letting me know that it was getting the job done. With this machine I was able to tackle stains, dirty carpet/upholstery, and smells that I haven’t been able to get out with a traditional cleaning solution. It was great that the machine included multiple attachments, 2 trial size cleaning solutions and even a little storage bag! This is a great and needed tool around the house especially if you have kids and/or pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front of the machine doesn't have the required weight for the machine to actually pick up all the water that is put into the carpet. I have two short haird dogs and they would have accidents in the house. I literally have to have one leg on the suction part as i shampoo the carpet just to get all of the water out of the carpet because I can still smell the pee. I have everything connected and secured the way its supposed to be, so I know that it's not user error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t get me wrong, the Bissell Hydrosteam is AMAZING at what it does, but there are many parts to it when it comes to putting it together, cleaning the parts, and putting them back together. This cleaner definitely gets down in there and cleans REALLY well! I have multiple pets and a child, I knew my furniture and rugs were dirty but the dirty water was GROSS!!!! The built-in pretreat DEFINITELY helped get the grossness loose and made cleaning so much easier than usual. The self-cleaning tool was super helpful. Since there is a ton of pet hair all over my house, I am constantly needing to “de-hair” the vacuum, and all I had to do with this was hit a button! The design is sleek and looks very high end! This will DEFINITELY be getting used all the time!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the vacuum now a few times to help clean up larger messes on carpet and furniture. Overall, the machine does a great job with cleaning up the mess and removing stains. It was very easy to use and made cleaning up much faster. The machine itself is a little bulky but light enough to roll and carry around. The hydro steam feature helped to tackle messed easier. I was able to get a food stain out of carpet very easily. I also used it to clean up a pet stain on furniture and it was very fast. The self cleaning tool made it easier to clean the machine after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The HydroSteam Revolution cleared a wear pattern better than the Rug Doctor I rented. Unfortunately, I could not use it anywhere else because it was too heavy for me to carry up and down 3 floors. I highly recommend it if you do not mind it being on the heavy side, such as having one floor or not being as old and feeble as me. I dislike that could not talk to a phone agent. A chat agent tried to call me stupid because I did not understand him when all he did was repeat the same sentences, no matter how I rephrased my question.

It quite literally ate up some pet stains that we previously had difficulty treating. 10/10 for this product. Easily cleaned and maintained, easy to operate, overall highly satisfied.

I have a small apartment, so our carpets and rugs get heavy traffic from visitors, animals, and family members. I was able to get out a difficult stain using the pretreated feature. The amount of dirt that came out of our rug in the main room was truly shocking. There was a spill from a snack that left sticky residue that came right out while cleaning. We used the 2-in-1 tool to clean the bottoms of the couches, which was super easy to use. I was truly impressed with this machine from start to finish. Every feature has been thoughtfully included, which is appreciated by this busy household! The only thing I would love to see on the next version is for the carpet cleaner to suck up more liquid. It still took awhile for our carpets to dry after cleaning, even with our fans on full blast. I was impressed after the carpets and rugs dried by the difference in the carpet feel afterwards. It was much softer and felt and looked much cleaner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam cleans pet hair, messes, and kid stains incredibly well. It’s easy to use and looks sleek. The HydroSteam Technology worked wonders on tough messes like pet stains and dried-on spills, lifting them with minimal effort. I also loved the built-in Pretreater—it made dealing with set-in stains much easier. The 2-in-1 self-cleaning tool was great for above-floor areas like stairs and couches, and cleanup afterward was a breeze. Two of my favorite features: the cleaning solution leaves the room smelling absolutely amazing, and everything comes apart to be easily cleaned. The tool that’s included to clean out the nozzle and brush roll is a great addition. This product cleans thinner-pile rugs and carpets better than shag area rugs. I didn’t like how it left water around the perimeter of my area rug on the hardwood floor. It also made my thin-pile area rug curl up around the edges. I recommend vacuuming at night before bed so all the carpets and couches can dry overnight. The worst thing about this product is that it left clumps of pet hair at the end of each section I was steaming. Lastly, the cord is too short, in my opinion.

The set up was a breeze; quick and easy installation! I appreciate both the look and design. It doesn't seem as big and bulky as other machines I have used in the past and easier to maneuver than others. Not only did it tackle new messes and stains, but it also got rid of old stains that we have had in our carpet for quite some time. The built-in pretreat feature is a game changer! It definitely made such a difference when cleaning those hard to get spots. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone.

I have used many different carpet cleaners, but never found one I really could rave about. But, the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam was quite impressive! I have 3 kids, 2 cats, & 2 dogs so you can imagine the dirt that gets tracked into my house. My first area I wanted to tackle was my living room couch. It was covered in stains from little hands. I was mind blown by house clean my couch looked when I was done! The upholstery attachment has such a strong suction and the heated steam was lifting every ounce of grim and dirt off my couch! Next was the playroom carpets; again…. Kids. This room required pretreatment to get all the sticky messes of who knows what out of my carpet and I am positive one of my dogs has marked her territory a time or 2. I have cleaned these carpets dozens of times and they never looked fresh like they were when we first installed them. But with the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam, it clearly got the job done and left my carpets looking extra fresh! I was shook! Even lifted a nail polish stain out of the carpet. If you are in need of a carpet cleaners that actually gets the job done, you definitely need this! It has industrial vibe with a home size machine so it’s not a space hogger. I will admit it is a bit heavy, but it’s a work horse so I’m not complaining!
