[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this carpet cleaner - it's slimmer than the one we'd previously had and I like the gold colored accent pieces that make it more attractive than other models. The carpet steaming and cleaning is very effective. My only complaint is that, like many large carpet cleaners, it's pretty heavy. So I plan to simply keep it upstairs (our more heavily carpeted floor) to avoid having to lug it up and down the stairs.

It's super easy to use and not heavy or awkward, which makes a big difference when you're trying to clean quickly. The HydroSteam feature worked better than I thought it would—especially on my area rug. That rug gets a lot of foot traffic, pet hair, and the occasional spill, and it honestly looked so much brighter and cleaner after just one use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam as part of a Stellar Product Panel. The unit was easy to setup and worked great for mid-level messes. The unit uses one tank for both solution and water so there isn't an extra "rinse" function like other units I've seen out there. While this may seem convenient, it did seem to leave a residue on the carpet. The unit also held less capacity than other cleaners I've used in the past and didn't get deep into the carpet for those extra colorful messes the kids leave behind. Still, I would possibly recommend this unit if you're looking for a simple solution for regular carpet or rug cleaning. It's relatively light weight and easy enough that I was about to cover a lot of ground quickly.

I have been cleaning every surface in the house since I got this product. We have a heavily carpeted home with children and animals, and it is important to me to make sure that I provide them with a clean home. This machine has made my cleaning experience a lot easier. Right when I took it out of the box, the setup was very easy, and I was able to quickly start the machine up. I also took full advantage of the built-in pretreater feature to help with those stuck-on stains. This was very helpful for the high-traffic areas in my house. The 2-in-1 self-cleaning tool helped tremendously with my stairs and my couches. It was simple to set up and to navigate and left my couches and stairs looking and smelling clean. One of my favorite parts of this machine is the look and design of it. I love how easy it is to take apart and clean, and I enjoy that I can leave it out because of its sleek and trendy look.

It has a steam cycle along with its regular water cycle and it cleans much more thoroughly than any smaller carpet cleaner we have had. It is a bit heavy but works like a beast. It has all the attachments, for upholstery or stairs comes along with two tanks and cleaning solution. The cleaning of the machine and the accessories were all easy to clean after use. If you want to deep clean your carpets and keep them clean this is the best bang for your buck. We could not believe how much more dirty water this machine was pulling up out of my carpet. It pulled up stains that I thought would never ever come out. The Water Tank capacity is pretty good, I wanted a deeper clean and the tank capacity was easy to switch out and get back to work. No leakpage, good storage capacity, it is easy to use, it is built to Bissell high quality threshold, has lots of power and works beautifully.

We have 4 dogs and 2 your children; our messes range from dog pee/poop/vomit to food and drink stains and snow/salt tracked in during winter months. We've tried a few other brands but none seemed to do everything we needed well. They seemed to only one thing well which left us frustrated. Since we started using the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam, our carpet cleaning dreams have come true! It was easy to set-up with clear instructions and has been very simple to use. It makes even the big stains/messes a breeze to clean-up. So far, we've cleaned dog poop and vomit as well as cleaned stains from tracked in dirt/salt from winter/spring here in Colorado. The pre-treating tool was very helpful to start the cleaning process before the real cleaning began. The self-cleaning tool works great and the feature that we were most excited about is the detachable cleaning head. With the amount of dog hair that gets trapped in this area historically, this feature saves us so much time and frustration. All other machines we've used in the past have this part permanently attached, making cleaning time consuming and super frustrating. The steam feature seems to work well, although we've only used it once so far. Overall, we are very happy with this machine and the cleaning capabilities it brings to our home.

The set up was a breeze; quick and easy installation! I appreciate both the look and design. It doesn't seem as big and bulky as other machines I have used in the past and easier to maneuver than others. Not only did it tackle new messes and stains, but it also got rid of old stains that we have had in our carpet for quite some time. The built-in pretreat feature is a game changer! I have a young child, two cats and previously an elderly dog. Although very high quality carpet, stains would just not come out using a popular spot machine or scrubbing with the latest and greatest removers. I had hope the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam would do better and WHOA. My expectations were surpassed. First, the machine was easy to assemble and the directions for use were simple to follow. I was up and running in about 5 minutes. There were a few spots I used the built in pre-treater picture, which made a huge difference in those long set-in stains from pet and kid vomit. Attached are pictures of a before and after spot - I had a hard time finding the after spot! One of the greatest features of this machine is the ease of cleaning once finished - it has a hair catcher, filter and the pieces are easy to take apart and reassemble once dry. And I was able to get rid of my spot machine! The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam has a self-cleaning tool you can switch that allows you to clean furniture and stairs. Overall, I highly recommend any one looking to get their carpet looking new again to purchase this machine.
