I like the fact that it can but used on multiple surfaces at various cleaning levels and comes with attachments. I will say it was a bit cumbersome to get it out of the box when first opened. I didn't realize how heavy it was. Once getting it out, I was really impressed with the overall design. It was sleek, easy to push for heavy-duty cleaning and had a long cord. The dirtlifter power beushes are amazing tools for bringing dirt and grime out fibers. I like this cleaner the most for its ability to clean up pet messes. We have 3 boys and two cats so all the extra power in this machine is definitely useful. I have a before and after picture of some carpet that was heavily stained. It helped lift the grime out of it.

The wide brush base covers a lot of carpet and takes less passes back and forth to get a clean room! I liked how the steam function was able to loosen up stuck on gunk. My favorite feature was the removable compartment on the brush head. Those get really gunked up after a while and can start to stink. It was easy to clean out after cleaning my carpets. Who wants to clean carpets with a dirty brush head??

Overall, the machine does a great job with cleaning up the mess and removing stains. It was very easy to use and made cleaning up much faster. The machine itself is a little bulky but light enough to roll and carry around. The hydro steam feature helped to tackle messed easier. I was able to get a food stain out of carpet very easily. I also used it to clean up a pet stain on furniture and it was very fast. The self cleaning tool made it easier to clean the machine after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed using the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam. It has sent me on a cleaning rampage that I didn't know I needed. I started off by using it to clean our family room rug, and I was shocked at the amount of dirt and debris that the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam picked up. This rug is relatively pretty new and we do not wear shoes in the house and yet it still was able to get so much out. I then started cleaning other carpet/soft surfaces in our home to find the same result. The machine itself is pretty big and heavy, but it does push and move very easily. It was very simple to set up and get started with cleaning. I was very impressed with the steam feature. This is definitely a great resource to have in my home to help me when there is a tough mess or when I am wanting to get a deep clean. My only complaint about the machine, is the time it takes to get it clean at the end. The hardest part for me to clean was the bristles area on the bottom of the machine. I do appreciate though that they give you the tools to make it easier. Overall, this is a great machine that gets a great deep clean.

I don't think I realized how yucky they were until after cleaning them with this. The Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam helped me clean up dirt, dog hair, accidents from the dog, spills, and even things like stuck on fruit snacks. I also used it on my stairs and couches. I liked how easy it was to use this and I like the look of it as well. I would definitely recommend it.

My cream colored area rug needed all the help it could get especially after years of a small dog rubbing all over it. After using the steam cleaner, my rug is back to its normal shade and the spots are virtually nonexistent. The setup was easy and intuitive. I think letting the pretreater sit made a big difference in the time it took to fully clean the rug. The steamer comes with attachments to tackle upholstery and other cloth-covered items. I set my cloth ottoman up on a small stool for cleaning and it is also refreshed and like new. This cleaner is the best of both worlds in an easy to use appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the HydroSteam! I have used it on both really gross car seats and built in rug stains and it worked like an absolute dream. I never thought the toddler induced stains would come out of the rug but it got out an old spaghetti stain like it was nothing. It is super easy to use, just like a regular vacuum and the handheld is great for the tougher stains or the car. The pretreater was great at loosening up the stains. It also has an easy spray option which means I'm not having to get down and spray the carpet first which was great. It looks just like a regular and is the same size too which makes it nice for storage and not an eye sore. All in all, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who had carpet, rugs, or toddlers!

The pre-treat feature took care of stains that had been there for 8 months+. I cannot believe how clean my carpets came out! Or how filthy they were which I saw when the output water came out a dark brown (gross). I highly recommend this product for anyone with kids or pets. It was easy to set up and use and was not too bulky or cumbersome. The output tank was easy to clean after using. Sure, you need to find some room to store this but it's no different than a vacuum. Highly recommend!
