[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was so amazing. It is big and powerful but not intimidating to use. It has such a sleek and sophisticated design! I was pretty much able to figure it out without looking at the directions. My first order of business was to clean my living room area rug, in my primary living room, and as a no shoes inside family it was alarming and disgusting to see what came out. The steam activated quickly, though big- it glides so well over the carpet. It was so so shocking... this unit feels like it is professional grade and feel very lucky to have found it! I also LOVE how this unit doesn't make you store all the accessories on the unit! They provide a nice bag that i can store in my cleaning closet! It gets frustrating when you keep knocking off the add on accessories

I have used my Bissell hydro steam maybe 5 or 6 times the water tank for clean water does not let water out.
