Overall, this machine has genuinely elevated my cleaning game. The reason I only gave it one star is because of the dirty water tank, it doesn't fit properly and I dropped it 3 times, having to re-wash my carpet the same number of times because of the dirty water that fell. It's a shame that it works very well, but its dirty water tank doesn't.

Since we have a dog who sheds (a LOT) and now a baby, there are lots of messes to clean up! The first thing we wanted to try was our large area rug in the living room which gets the most traffic out of all our rugs. It's also where the dog loves to lay, so there are spots that are just super dingy. When I tell you we were astounded at the sight of the nearly black water that appeared from the first cleaning…our mouths were wide open. It was easily one of the most satisfying things! The rug looked like new again. We are excited to try it again on the rugs and will soon plan to try it on our daughter's carpeted room! The second thing we used it on was our upholstered dining chairs. These chairs have been bothering me for years because they're a light beige color and pretty much ALL of them have food stains/oil stains. My husband went to town on the chairs with the upholstery attachment and I thought the stains were too set-in to remove. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they lifted! I'm going to regularly use it on the chairs just because of how simple and effective it is. The last thing we cleaned with the attachment tool was our dog's bed. It's pretty large and always looks like it needs to be cleaned haha, so we were excited to try it out. It was SO simple to clean and it came out looking so good! Overall, we loved how easy it was to use the machine- the instruction manual was simple and easy to follow. We're honestly excited to bust it out again and use it on practically anything we can!

The weight and feel of the machine itself far surpasses an older version of the Bissell carpet cleaner. It even looks pretty!! The first thing I cleaned was my couch, using the self cleaning wand attachment. I was amazed and horrified by the amount of dirt that was removed from my couch. The suction is strong and my couch wasnt left completely soaking wet, just slightly damp and so so clean. The self cleaning tool? Brilliant! It was so fast and easy for me to clean the attachment - without needing to stop and take anything apart or dump anything. I run a daycare out of my home and have kids as well, so I am no stranger to dirty, sticky messes. The way this machine cleaned my couch so beautifully tells me it will be able to handle any mess I come across in the future, especially with its hydrosteam technology! This machine isn't one that just looks and feels high end - it truly cleans like a high end machine!

This machine has a steam cycle along with its regular water cycle and it cleans much more thoroughly than any smaller carpet cleaner we have had. No leakpage, good storage capacity, it is easy to use, it is built to Bissell high quality threshold, has lots of power and works beautifully. I would definitely recommend!

Fortunately, I haven't had to use it very much yet, but with a dog, two cats and a young child at home, I am sure we will find many uses for this product!

It's easy to use, looks sleek, and handles tough carpet messes better than any machine I've owned. The HydroSteam Technology made quick work of sticky spills and ground-in dirt—especially in high-traffic areas and rugs. I loved the built-in Pretreater for targeting old stains, and the 2-in-1 self-cleaning tool was great for couches, stairs, and pet beds. Overall, it's efficient, powerful, and worth the investment for a busy home.

The Pretreater seemed effective and the HydroSteam technology was impressive. Our carpets have a couple of pet stains that are years old from previous owners and it didn't remove them but I have no doubt that the carpets were cleaner after using the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam. One thing that I don't like is that all of the attachments don't have a home on the machine. I would like to see the small pieces attach to it so that I don't lose them. It does come with a nice drawstring bag that the hose can be stored in. Over all, I have really liked my Bissell Revolution HydroSteam and will be using it regularly with my sticky fingered kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Revolution Hydrosteam from that rainforest jungle river website, only to have it not function correctly and needing to return it. Way too much water left behind and too little in the waste tank; it took an entire day with fans blowing to dry. Looking for a replacement, I ventured out to the Bissel website, where I learned I could get far more value for the same amount of money. This bundle is great, and the machine actually works as intended! Lots of extra useful pieces included and power! So much water removed it only took about 30-45 minutes to be walkable again. As previous Bissell steam owners (pets are like children- adorable, lovable and messy additions), we knew Bissell would perform. We didn't realize it would outperform our already high expectations. Only used twice in two weeks, so it would be dishonest to rate 5 stars at this time. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this carpet cleaner - it's slimmer than the one we'd previously had and I like the gold colored accent pieces that make it more attractive than other models. The carpet steaming and cleaning is very effective. My only complaint is that, like many large carpet cleaners, it's pretty heavy. So I plan to simply keep it upstairs (our more heavily carpeted floor) to avoid having to lug it up and down the stairs.
