The dual brushrolls are a game changer when it comes to getting that "deep down clean". I love the steam option, stair & furniture attachments, and self cleaning / storage tray that this bundle includes. This machine is must for anyone that is thinking about investing their time into shampooing their carpeted areas of their home.

This one cleaned it right up and made the rest of the carpet look like new. I like the roller/agitator and the suction was fabulous And I really like the self cleaning tray. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really does perform better than the Rug doctor I rented previously. It's also much lighter/more compact which makes it more pleasant to use. The removable brush cover is absolutely key in this product, so you can easily clean out the brush head area. Really quality product worth the money. Our awful old apartment carpets lifted an entire shade with this thing.

I love how simple it is to use. I'm not mechanical and I can understand the instructions easily. It pulls dirt out of the carpet with ease and I was actually shocked how much dirt it actually pulled out. The steam feature is incredible! Between grandkids, puppies, normal dirt by doorways, and common areas, I was so pleased I bought one just like it for my sister! I love it! I would recommend it and Have actually bought it again!

I bought this as a replacement for another brand and model and am amazed at the difference in cleaning power. The steam makes the difference. It's also very easy to clean especially with the cleaning tray. As with all carpet cleaners it would be great if the clean and waste water containers were bigger. The machine is very sturdy and should hold up for a long time.

I enjoyed cleaning just seeing what this cleaner could handle. My whole house smells great. I would buy this one again. Even my fur babies loved rolling around on clean rugs.
