[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam. Not only was it super easy to put together, but it was also easy to use and very intuitive. One of my favorite things is how light it is. It is not bulky at all and extremely easy to move around the house as needed. It didn't feel like I had to lug it around, like other machines I've used. There are three modes: Pretreat, Max Mode, and Quick Dry. Using these modes has removed extremely tough stains from my carpet—like dirt from foot traffic and pet messes—and it cut drying time in half. The pretreat mode would loosen the stains and then followed up with max mode, it was like the stain never existed at all. Truly, this machine was so easy to use and even easier to clean. I have owned previous machines that ended up sitting in a closet rather than being used because I would dread having to clean my carpet and then clean the machine. That is not the case here. It truly makes life easier as I can clean the carpet and then the machine basically cleans itself. I have two small kids and a dog, and this cleaner has been life-changing. My carpets and furniture haven't looked this good in years!

I don't think I realized how yucky they were until after cleaning them with this. The Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam helped me clean up dirt, dog hair, accidents from the dog, spills, and even things like stuck on fruit snacks. I also used it on my stairs and couches. I liked how easy it was to use this and I like the look of it as well. I would definitely recommend it.

I like that it has different cleaning modes depending on how dirty the area is. It worked really well on pet stains and dried fast—about 30 minutes for me. The extra tools are helpful for furniture and stairs. It's a bit heavy, but totally worth it for how clean it gets everything. Great machine overall!!! I highly recommend it to everyone.

We have never owned a product like this before and we are so happy to have clean carpets! We have mostly used this for large areas to clean the rugs and we have a great experience with it! If we see there is a lot of dirt we will go back over the area until we see less dirt being sucked up! The pre-treater worked really well for some tough stains we had on our carpets. We have only used it on carpets but we can't wait to see it on our couch! Overall we are very happy with this product, just wish it was a little smaller for storage purposes!

The wide brush base covers a lot of carpet and takes less passes back and forth to get a clean room! I liked how the steam function was able to loosen up stuck on gunk. My favorite feature was the removable compartment on the brush head. Those get really gunked up after a while and can start to stink. It was easy to clean out after cleaning my carpets. Who wants to clean carpets with a dirty brush head??

It has a steam cycle along with its regular water cycle and it cleans much more thoroughly than any smaller carpet cleaner we have had. It is a bit heavy but works like a beast. It has all the attachments, for upholstery or stairs comes along with two tanks and cleaning solution. The cleaning of the machine and the accessories were all easy to clean after use. If you want to deep clean your carpets and keep them clean this is the best bang for your buck. We could not believe how much more dirty water this machine was pulling up out of my carpet. It pulled up stains that I thought would never ever come out. The Water Tank capacity is pretty good, I wanted a deeper clean and the tank capacity was easy to switch out and get back to work. No leakpage, good storage capacity, it is easy to use, it is built to Bissell high quality threshold, has lots of power and works beautifully.

One of the standout features for me was its ability to easily remove a stubborn stain left by the previous owner, even after four years of owning my home. The included carpet shampoo/solution also left my carpet smelling incredibly fresh, which was a pleasant bonus. However, I did find that it uses a significant amount of water, and I quickly ran out during the cleaning process. This was a bit disappointing as it required frequent refills. Overall, despite the high water usage, I am very impressed with its stain-removing capabilities and would highly recommend it to others.

The pre-treat feature took care of stains that had been there for 8 months+. I cannot believe how clean my carpets came out! Or how filthy they were which I saw when the output water came out a dark brown (gross). I highly recommend this product for anyone with kids or pets. It was easy to set up and use and was not too bulky or cumbersome. The output tank was easy to clean after using. Sure, you need to find some room to store this but it's no different than a vacuum. Highly recommend!

The set up was straightforward, and I was thrilled at how quickly and easily I was able to give all the carpets in my house a good cleaning. My primary goal was tackling pet related stains, mostly mud and dirt tracked in from outside but a few old potty spots as well. The Hydrosteam effectively took care of all pet related stains in the house. The 2-in-1 self cleaning tool was especially helpful for cleaning my dog's beds.
