[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is is used at home on white carpet with little kids. My old cleaner did alright but couldn't remove stains from some spots. I've only attempted those spots since receiving the cleaner and it has done a great job on them. Looking forward to cleaning the entire carpet to see the difference.

The attachments are great though. I was contemplating returning it for something else if my puppies didnt chew the cord off :( it is a little heavy but manageable.

My husband liked that the Bissell was easier to fill with the cleaning solution, easier to maneuver and easier to clean the machine. We also own another very high priced carpet cleaner. We dreaded carrying our Rug D***** upstairs. No problem with the Bissell. Next up is cleaning the stairs.

Cat urine smell is so hard to get out of the rug. My cat passed away at home from cancer. This left blood and urine on my carpet. I could never get this out of my carpet without this scrubber.

I love how simple it is to use. I'm not mechanical and I can understand the instructions easily. It pulls dirt out of the carpet with ease and I was actually shocked how much dirt it actually pulled out. The steam feature is incredible! Between grandkids, puppies, normal dirt by doorways, and common areas, I was so pleased I bought one just like it for my sister! I love it! I would recommend it and Have actually bought it again!
