It worked wonders on my carpet and tough pet stains. I love the ease of the functions, especially the brush and machine cleaning step! Very easy to use. It is a bit heavy, especially using on stairs, but it works so well that this wasn't a negative for me. I am so glad I took the chance and purchased this.

I had a different brand regular carpet cleaner that was just not getting it cleaned out no matter what I did. Got the HydroSteam and it has been an absolute game changer. It is amazing. It is a nice weight, not so heavy to push around but heavy enough to get water out of the carpet. Leaves carpets fresh and clean.

I made a decsiion on all the data I found that concluded the unit I purchased fit the best for what I was wanting to achieve. THis unit, did perform very well. I find that the carpet cleaner is something that I can utilize for many years and allow other family members to use in their homes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we remodeled the house in 2020, we installed low pile Mohawk carpeting with a DNA-like wave pattern. To coordinate with the other changes to the decor, we went with a very light color called Chiffon. There is a high traffic area in front of the couch that got so dirty you almost couldn't see the wave pattern. While looking for a way to get it clean, I discovered that "steam" is very effective but that having it professionally done can be expensive. The week before Thanksgiving, I discovered the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam. Even on sale, it was pretty expensive, but I really wanted to see if steam could do the job. It is taking more than once to get the floor clean, but that's because it had gotten extra dirty and it was just too large of an area to scrub by hand. Even the Crosswave (which I love and I use on all the other floors) was not powerful enough to get the floor clean. This is a heavy duty machine for a heavy duty floor. It will be much easier to maintain now that we have the HydroSteam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this to replace a regular bissell pet carpet cleaner that finally had enough of my pomeranians. I love this new steam feature and it seems that the carpets are much cleaner after each pass. I hope to win so I am mentioning "sweepstakes" Bissell makes amazing products and having 2-3 pomeranians at any given time, they get put to good use. We have wall to wall carpeting in our old house and we are constantly cleaning up after one dog or another.
