Unfortunately our carpets haven't been cared for so I still will need Stanley steamer to come. I used it with solution, but mostly without solution which is better for the carpets based on my research. I am giving it four stars because the attachments for upholstery cleaning and stairs , etc, don't work well. It basically just makes everything wet and doesn't suck anything up. So I will have to get a separate upholstery cleaner. The tank is good for one to one and half rooms. If it were any larger though, for me, it would be more difficult to push around. I went with this over buying a commercial cleaner because those do not use steam. I am very happy with this purchase.

Had to use my Revolution Bissell carpet cleaner to extract the water left behind. Roller cleaning instructions are incomplete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my Revolution HydroSteam! It even removed a carpet stain that a well-known cleaning company couldn't remove. I have used it in every room in our home. It is SO easy to operate and especially easy on my 68 yr old back. I especially love the cleaning pan for cleaning the bristle brushes for after I have completed a room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first carpet cleaner purchase. Like most people I used to hire a carpet cleaning company to do this job. But with three dogs, one of which is a puppy. I needed a more economical way to clean smaller jobs. So far it has worked really well. So well in fact I got a little carried away and have cleaned 4 entire rooms in the house. The only down side I have experienced are the tank sizes. They are fairly large compared to other brands, but I aould have used even large ones. Over all very happy with the ease and effectiveness of the product.

On top of the normal pet messes, plus a kiddo, our Dobie likes to eat socks and subsequently throws up. Our yet-to-be-neutered daschund has taken to "marking" in the whole til we can get him snipped. We are also VERY OCD about our cleanliness. We recently had our house professionally steam cleaned. We then bought this Hydrosteam. Honestly, I think it does a better job than the professional steam cleaning company. IT'S AMAZING! Our carpet is actually clean, feels clean, and IS clean. It's also super easy to use! Also, compared to other carpet cleaners we have had in the past, this feels vastly better built and more solidly constructed. 11/10 would buy again!

This is third year with my hydrosteam, and I am done! have been frustrated with the suction since the first use! I've done what the videos say, nothing makes it better. Wet carpets for 36 hours after cleaning! Last year I bought a cheap rug cleaner just to suction up the water and dirt the hydrosteam left behind. I liked the steam and it seemed to clean well, but not suctioning the dirty water up, it actually doesn't clean the carpet!! So I've finally decided to kiss the $$ I spent on this goodbye and look at another brand.

I love the hydro steam it works so good. I got red cool aid out using the steam feature. It leaves my carpet looking brand new and smelling the best it has in forever.

I love the steam feather and the self cleaning brush rolls save me so much time afterwards. This vacuum as a whole is one of the easiest to clean, operate and store, that give ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old carpet cleaner and I am very happy with it. It is easy to use and works great. It moves easily over my carpet and I love the steam function of it. It did a great job of cleaning my carpet and removed all the stains and my carpet looks great. I don't have stairs to deal with so I can't say how well the attachments work but the quality of the machine is great.
