Small area perfect, bigger carpets require a couple of too many trips to refill the tank and empty dirty water.Then again pretty good stuffsuper nice to clean the brushes easily. def a nice thing for any household

I borrowed my daughter's cleaner and was so impressed with it that I ordered my own. One of the things I like about it is that the cost of the machine and 2 bottles of cleaning solution is quite a bit less than the cost of a professional to clean my carpet. Now I can clean as often as I like and only costing the solution I use, which is very little. It's very easy to operate and the changing of the solution canister and the waste water canister is also easy. I'm very pleased with this product

Absolutely the best Bissell Carpet Scrubber I have owned and this is my third one. I literally use them so much I wear them out. I have been very pleased with all of them but this one is definitely superior to the ones I've had prior to this. I was concerned about the price but I have found that it is worth every penny. Its's cleaning capabilities are amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

I love the steam feature. I work with a lot of tough stains and this does the trick.

It basically did as good of a job as the ones you can rent. However it isn't the perfect cleaner. Here are the issues you should be aware of. Even when you have shut it off and it will continue to slowly drip water. Some other models have a tray you can set them on when they aren't being used so that you don't have to worry about them slowly leaking cleaner on the floor... this one doesn't come with any type of tray so you need to make sure and have a place to set it where you don't mind it leaking cleaner from inside on the floor. Another issue is the suction of it isn't great. You will end up making one pass to put the cleaning fluid down on the carpet but then have to make a half dozen very slow passes back over that sport before you stop seeing water sucking up into it... and still your carpet will be damp/wet for at least 6 to 8 hours and that is if you have fans blowing on it. So don't expect it to dry quickly, it wont. Other issue only matters if you live in a two story house. It is a pain in the backside to take up and down stairs, not because it is that every but because it doesn't provide any good places to grab hold of it for carrying it up and down stairs. A handle of some kind that you could carry it with would have been a nice thing for it but it has none. Oh, and the cord is relatively short for a carpet cleaner. If you have large rooms you'll either be having to unplug it and plug it in multiple places or get an extension cord.
