I may have, but defn did, spend a few hours my first day owning it cleaning anything I could think of. I could NOT stop. I didn't want to either! The items we own, places we travel, and where we're living get so grimy. This Bissell cleaner with its Hydrosteam option and hand held wand attachment has dazzled me. Baby car seats!!! Strollers! Car floors! Fabric stains! Seatbelt straps! Interior carpets! Fabric on couches! Area rugs! It has revolutionized the healthy, hygienic energy of my home. The Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam doesn't just clean, it jumpstarts motivation! Now, it's fun cleaning up after my three kids and 4 cats! (No, I will not hold a lost kitten for you while you look for its home! Not again!) Oh AND the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam was able to remove the male cat urine spray that my back car seat was doused in after we accidentally left a window down. Seriously! For months I tried everything to remove the urine smell. All I needed was my Bissell! In life, it is the small things that matter most when picking carpet cleaners. The things that get the job done right, the first time, in no time! Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam carpet cleaner makes cleaning easier! Plus the steam is a game changer! If you'd asked me what my favorite part was though, I'm going with, the attachable wand. Cleaning strollers, baby car seats, and high chairs were such a pain until Bissell Revolution wand rescued me! A few minutes with Bissell followed by an extra short dry time and ta-da, all done! The suction strength in the hose attachment is excellent! When cleaning our carpets around the house, I wish there was a tad more weight on the front of main body of the machine. Getting the suction as close to the ground as possible would get more water out of the carpet. I think our carpet mat is thicker. We made a double pass to assure the carpet was dry post-treatment! The attachment hose is sturdy and of good length. The assembly of the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam was completed in under five minutes. But even if it had been confusing, there is a problem solving webpage to help you so you are not alone! When I had completed the jobs, cleaning the machine was WAY easier than I expected! By the time you're done working hard you don't want to spend a lot of time cleaning up. The Hydrosteam was cleaned up quietly! It looked almost like new. The cord is strong and a nice length. I'm honestly much more than just pleased with my Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam. I'm excited for the next use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner took a bit of trial and error for me to start, but once I got going it really did a great job. It is really surprising how much dirt was buried in my rug. I have attached a photo that shows the dirty water tank after I cleaned an area rug. I have three small children and one dog, a black lab. The instructions said to vacuum the area well before beginning. I learned very quickly that my vacuum has nowhere near the suction power that this machine has. The EZ Clean Brush Roll Cover with Catch & Clean Tray was really put to the test and it caught so much dog hair. This tray was incredibly easy to take off and clean/ remove the hair that had built up. I did find that in the beginning of every forward pass I made, it did leave some clumps of dog hair behind. I do think though that if my vacuum had worked better ahead of time this wouldn't have been an issue but I do appreciate that the dog hair did not clog up the machine. I do have another carpet cleaner that is older and it does not do well with dog hair.. in fact I think the dog hair may have ruined my older machine and I haven't been able to use it. I think the steam and the XL DirtLifter PowerBrush really make a huge difference with how much the Revolution Hydrosteam picks up. I could visibly see the brown water being sucked up. It was very satisfying! The large clean and dirty water tanks are nice too, you don't have to constantly be stopping to empty or fill up. I'm excited to keep using this machine to clean all of the carpets and rugs in my house as well as the upholstered furniture using the upholstery attachment. The photos attached are certainly not pretty photos but they really show how powerful the Revolution Hydrosteam really is, even with all of the pet hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The carpets in my home had needed deep cleaning for quite a while, and the Bissell PowerSteam certainly delivered! I have a young child, 3 cats (including a senior), and a giant fluffy dog who we adopted as a puppy, so although I always cleaned up messes by hand, many left unsightly stains that just wouldn't go away. I had considered renting a professional carpet cleaner, or hiring someone. I borrowed a family member's machine that did next to nothing besides waste a lot of expensive cleaning solution. This machine made short work of the job, and my carpets now look and feel so clean that I actually cried real tears of joy. It was simple, intuitive, and straightforward to assemble, with detailed instructions to assist if needed. This machine is very well designed. The cleaning solution actually goes much farther and cleans more than I expected, and seeing the murky water that gets sucked back out through the clear front is incredibly satisfying, and makes it easy to judge how many passes are needed. The machine is a little on the heavy side and can be tricky to maneuver, but it has to be heavy to have so much power. The steam really works great to break down and loosen any sticky gross spots, and it pulls out an impressive amount of "stuff." I found that if I just went over where I cleaned a few times without squeezing the trigger to spray more solution, the majority of the moisture was sucked up and the carpets dried within only a couple of hours, looking fresh and plush. It was a breeze to take apart and clean all the parts when finished, leaving it ready for the next time. The hose attachment also worked quite well on furniture, edges, and even my cat tree. The hose itself is generously long and the attachment cleans efficiently. Itbeven cleans itself, which was a surprising and helpful feature. The only negative aspects are the aforementioned weight, and that the cleaning solution is a bit on the pricey side. It also leaves a small 1-2 inch strip along the wall where the brushes don't quite reach, so in order to ensure that strip is truly as clean as it can be, I had to go around the whole perimeter of my home with the hose attatchment, which was a bit tedious. I imagine though, that all that won't be necessary again now that the deep clean is done and I own the machine and can use it regularly to maintain this level of clean. Honestly, I was impressed by and am in love with the Bissel Steam Clean. I have recommended it to anyone I know with carpets in their home and will continue to do so, because it provides a level of clean that I didn't know any non-commercial carpet cleaning machine was capable of delivering.

It tackles pet messes like no other, and with a new rescue dog that is still working potty training, this tool has become my new best friend!!! I love that it doesn't have a filter in the dirty water tank to get clogged and smelly. I especially love the cleaning power and the option to choose between level 1 and 2. It's so easy to use and push without being too heavy. The cord is an excellent length and it's not terribly loud. I have used this 3 times in as many weeks and every time I know it's going to get my carpets cleaned of animal messes and smells. Bissell is superior in quality!!!!!

I need tools that work fast and don't require a manual the size of a textbook. This Bissell Revolution HydroSteam is a total game changer for a busy household. Right out of the box, this was so easy to put together and use. I didn't even have to hunt down a screwdriver, which is a huge win when you're multitasking. One of my favorite small details is the water tank cap. It actually stays open on its own while you're filling it, so there is no fumbling around or making a mess at the sink. Plus, I could get started the second I opened it because it comes with two cleaning solutions ready to go. I was genuinely shocked by the cleaning power. My kitchen runner looked "clean enough," but once I started, the dirty water tank told a different story. It pulled up so much hidden gunk and murky grey water. The colors in my rug actually look bright and vibrant again. It is incredibly satisfying to see that level of deep clean. I did notice it left behind some water droplets on the rug at first, but with a quick run over again they were gone and the floor was good to go. With four kids, "sticky" is a permanent state of being in my house. This machine tackled those dried on kitchen spills without me having to scrub on my hands and knees. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this machine is a beast. Its a little heavy and can seem overwhelming to use but it cleans my floors like a charm. In a home with animals, hair, litter, dirt, etc get everywhere. Its tough to manually clean each stain so the fact that this vacuum can steam to clean is great. The two tanks allow for clean water to hold on top and dirty water to be filtered out and held on the bottom. The waters are always separate so youre not cleaning woth dirty water. It is then easy to pour out and dispose of. This vacuum is mainly used for carpet and upholstery and it does a great job at that, but it also works well on hardwood floors as the functions also work there. This allows me to easily clean up my home quickly and it works like a charm.

It was really easy to get set up and start using, and - probably even more important - it's really easy to clean afterwards as well! The cleaning power and suction on this machine is great. I've had a few stubborn stains on my carpet (flat weave) that have been hard to get out before trying this. With 3 kids and 3 pets, it's impossible to avoid! After using the steam and the cleaning solution, the stains are pretty much gone. I'm so happy and amazed! The steam feature is a must have and works so well. Overall, the machine feels solid, cleans well, is easy to clean afterwards, and does what it's meant to do. 5 stars for sure, and would recommend to anyone with stains and sticky messes to clean up!

This vacuum is absolutely AWESOME! I have two young kids and a dog, and let me tell you, ignorance was bliss. I genuinely didn't realize how filthy my carpets were until I got my hands on this amazing machine. When it comes to the overall cleaning power, I was completely blown away. Even on rugs that didn't look awful to the naked eye, the sheer amount of dirt picked up by this thing was incredible (and honestly, a little terrifying). I had one old carpet that I thought was totally beyond repair and destined for the dumpster. While it's not 100% perfect now, it looks SO much better and has a completely new lease on life. It handled sticky syrup stains, pet urine, and other mystery stains like an absolute champ. A huge part of that success comes down to the steam power function. I truly appreciated that it uses real steam rather than just hot water. It worked wonders to clean and sanitize my rugs, and I loved how I could specifically target the absolute worst kid and dog messes and watch them melt away. Finally, as a busy parent, convenience is key. Straight out of the box, the vacuum was very easy to put together and figure out. I also couldn't be happier with how easy it was to clean. After pulling up all that dirt and pet mess, not having to work even harder to clean the machine is the ultimate luxury. The cleaning power is incredibly strong and takes out stains easily and quickly, even ones that have been stuck on for awhile. My couch had some stains on it from my toddler, and after using the self-cleaning tool, it easily took the stains right out and you could see the dirty water compartment filling right up. I steamed our carpet, and seeing the real steam coming out and pulling up stains and dirt that I didn't even realize were there was impressive. I like that you have the option to pretreat with just steam or utilize the steam while you are cleaning depending on the mess you are cleaning. The Hydrosteam is easy to put together and also easy to take apart in order to clean the pieces. The compartments for water are large and the Hydrosteam tool itself is very sleek looking with gold accents. My only complaint is that this Bissell Hydrosteam is heavy so if you need to carry it up and down stairs it may be a hassle, but bringing room to room is easy as it is on wheels and glides nicely. This Hydrosteam looks and works great, and really gets carpet and couches clean where you can truly see its cleaning power as you are using it and in a short amount of time. Even my toddler was excited about using it and seeing how it steamed, and wanting to help out with spraying the self-cleaning tool on the couch!
