I'm still in shock that I get to own a Santa Maria type grill. I've wanted one for years, but the pricing was just out of control. I was worried that I was going to "get what I paid for" here and have a bbq that might not last that long, but I was pleasantly surprised that this thing is a beast! Incredibly heavy and well built! Took some time to build but was very straight forward and quite easy. Cooking over live fire is a craft that I'm still working on but there is no going back for me! Thank you for making these accessable and making a great BBQ!

I pre-ordered this well over a month ago it was a long wait took about 10 days for the shipper to get it to my house from the middle of the country. Once it got here I moved it to where I was going to assemble it and it promptly rained for 2 days. Once I put it together (which was extremely easy and straightforward using the built app) it rained for another 3 days so all I could do was season it and I couldn't cook on it. However the sun did come out and when it did I put sirloin cap on there Hung myself a pineapple and started cooking. I'd love to tell you everything came out great but I don't know I'm still in mid cook and having a blast with my new grill. I love the brasaro I can see how it will be needed for longer cooks. The adjustable height of the grill is awesome and completes the package. This product is extremely well-built and when they say it weighs 375 lb they're not kidding this thing is a beast. Can't wait to keep cooking on it and to polish my live fire skills

I have numerous grills in my portfolio. Always wanted one of these. Now I have it!!! Great quality, very heavy duty. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of some of the other manufacturers, but way more than I expected for the price!!! Absolutely love it!!!

I bought this to cook outside my meat market , could not have gone wrong , one of the best grills I have had , ohhh and it’s an eye catcher lotsa folk always admire it along with my cooking!!

Doing the initial burns in the phone. My first use was with all the neighbors cooking up some Argentinian style skirt steak and Korean short ribs. It is extremely easy it control the heat with the adjustable height cook grates.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Very sturdy and seems well constructed. Great for a day of Argentine asado. Mechanism of the wheel and grate seems promising and made of stainless. Made some great sausages and picana.

This year’s Mother’s Day we celebrated Argentine adobo style and while the moms were the center of affection, our new Backyard Discovery grill was the center of attraction! It made our special day more so!

I bought this grill 1 month ago. I’m from Argentina and was looking for about a year for a grill like this. It’s outstanding. Quality is much better than I expected. Highly recommend for people looking to do Bbqs differently.
