Great value and super easy to put together. Had it done in like an hour, by myself (suggest saw horses). Works great, super sturdy, and the meat that comes off of it is insane. Highly suggest youtube santa maria basics for anyone that doesnt have this kind of grilling experience. Flame is NOT your friend on this style. Amber charcoal is. Super fun to cook and and really have enjoyed it!

I recently purchased a Premium Argentine/Santa Maria BBQ Grill, and I have to say, I’m extremely impressed with its quality and craftsmanship. Right out of the box, it's clear that this grill is built to last. The materials used are top-notch, and the finish is absolutely immaculate — every detail is well thought out, giving it a premium, sturdy feel. Mounting it was straightforward, though it did take me about 2 hours. The instructions were clear, and with some patience, I got everything set up without too much trouble. The design of the grill is well-organized, with everything fitting into place securely. Once assembled, I couldn't wait to fire it up. The cooking experience is exceptional. It retains heat beautifully and cooks evenly, delivering that authentic Argentine BBQ flavor. The adjustable height for the grill grate is a great feature for controlling the temperature, and the overall performance has been nothing short of fantastic. I’m absolutely loving it so far. I’m really impressed by the quality of this grill. It’s solid and all the features (raising/lowering grate, front door to firebox, even the locks on the casters are well designed and robustly built. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a great value for the price. I had a task rabbit guy assemble it because it was too heavy and difficult for me (I have one arm) it took him three hours. I checked out the online guide and it seemed well thought out and not difficult to follow. I’m enjoying cooking on it.

I have numerous grills in my portfolio. Always wanted one of these. Now I have it!!! Great quality, very heavy duty. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of some of the other manufacturers, but way more than I expected for the price!!! Absolutely love it!!!

This grill is amazing… I have been looking at buying a Argentine grill for a long time, but none ticked all the boxes like the backyard discovery Argentine grill. It’s a perfect size, it’s great quality, and comes with everything. I highly recommend this grill.

This Argentinian Grill is solid! Well-built with top quality material. For this price range—the quality is amazing. This grill is heavy, solid, and perfectly fitted together—every hole, every connection was perfectly aligned for assembly. The instructions for assembly, especially using the BILT app, were complete and detailed. Assembly time suggested 2hrs to complete—maybe with two people, by myself it took closer to four hours. I have a 4-burnner Weber gas grill, a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, and an outdoor pizza oven—so this Argentinian Grill completed our outdoor cooking/grilling needs. This is built to last and comes with a cover. I assembled in my garage and moved to my patio area (waited to install fire bricks; brasero; and top assembly due to the weight—since had to roll over grass). Side table is legit—heavy, thick. The coal shovel is extremely useful to shovel coals under brasero to main grill area. Seems they added a removable bottom rail that sits on top of the fire bricks—but this is fine since grilling Argentinian style demands that the coals be spread out and not directly under the meat (though fine if you want to put coals on top of the rail). If you have doubts due to the low price—since it is a few thousand less than most Argentinian Grills on the market-- I would say don’t hesitate to buy this, it is a great value! Be sure to look up some videos on Argentinian grilling as the slow cook style is different from the way you are probably used to grilling. Low heat and slow grilling locks in the flavor and juices. While it is heavy, 350 lbs., it roles easily over pavers or patio concrete. I would suggest also purchasing a Pizza Oven Brush and an Ash Rake (already had for my outdoor pizza oven) for moving coals and to help with clean up.

I was a bit concerned to purchase because I was not able to see actual grill. Arrived as scheduled and on pallet. The material is very sturdy and secure. It did take some time to assemble but instructions are clear. Huge grill. Cooking area is big and comfortable to work on. All the added extras for hanging sausage and meats is a plus. Planning family gathering to enjoy a complete Argentine Parillada like back home.

I pre-ordered this well over a month ago it was a long wait took about 10 days for the shipper to get it to my house from the middle of the country. Once it got here I moved it to where I was going to assemble it and it promptly rained for 2 days. Once I put it together (which was extremely easy and straightforward using the built app) it rained for another 3 days so all I could do was season it and I couldn't cook on it. However the sun did come out and when it did I put sirloin cap on there Hung myself a pineapple and started cooking. I'd love to tell you everything came out great but I don't know I'm still in mid cook and having a blast with my new grill. I love the brasaro I can see how it will be needed for longer cooks. The adjustable height of the grill is awesome and completes the package. This product is extremely well-built and when they say it weighs 375 lb they're not kidding this thing is a beast. Can't wait to keep cooking on it and to polish my live fire skills

The Argentine grill is a quality design, heavy duty, easy build. With a few extra minutes to build a fire, you can have a delicious open fire meal that can't be duplicated. Holds enough food for group meals too. Cast iron pans on grates, no problem. Already got rid of all other grills. This is the way and nobody can touch the price and value, especially if on sale. Best value out there. Go for it.
