[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is amazing. It's super comfortable for long plane/train rides and is super sturdy. Only wish it was a little bit more compact. Since it's not flimsy like other travel pillows, packing it a challenge. But I always find room.

I fly back and forth from Massachusetts to Texas to visit with my sister and her now three year old twins. I would always land with a stiff neck, and my sister would have to hear me complain about it. So, she bought me this pillow as a gift and put both of us out of our misery! It is the best neck pillow ever. When I get off the plane, I'm well rested from being able to sleep, and my neck feels fine. I will not travel without it.

Buyer beware! This is the most uncomfortable travel "pillow" I have ever used. It shouldn't even qualify as a pillow. It's more like a neck brace. It's so tight, it will cut off blood flow to your brain. Do not waste your money! You cannot return it. Consider yourself warned.

I had high hopes for this pillow as I need to bring a comfortable small pillow with me when I travel. Love my Cloud pillows. But this pillow is hard as a rock. Does not conform to the name "comfort". So deeply disappointed. I absolutely cannot sleep on this hard pillow and cannot return it. Tempurpedic needs to completely redesign this product. I wasted my money on this purchase.

I'm not sure if they used toddlers to do the fitting for this but as a 5"5' woman I found this to be EXTREMELY tight on my neck. The worst part is that when I took it off after trying it for just a few minutes my entire neck was throbbing with pain for hours. I'll give this a child as it is not meant for full sized adults. DO NOT BUY THIS! Unless you want neck pain and then go ahead and buy it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago at Brookstone and let me tell you, my wife's been using it all the time in the car. Very nice she said. Of course, I never got the chance to use it because I'm the one driving. I bet you, she'll bring it when we travel by air (Domestic or International).

Got to test out my recently purchased travel pillow for 10 nights on our vacation. It was great. After using Tempurpedic pillows for almost 10 years it's hard settling for just an ordinary hotel pillow. Also looking forward to using this when visiting family. I found it very comfortable for sleeping in any position (I sleep back, side & stomach) Highly recommend.

This pillow is fantastic. HOWEVER, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend it until Tempur-pedic puts a button or snap (preferably a button because they're serviceable) on the two legs of the U-shape. As it is now, I have to pack it INSIDE my suitcase, taking up valuable space. With a button, one could attach it TO his or her suitcase, around a strap or whatever. If Tempur-pedic puts a button on the end, I will buy one for everyone in my family, and probably a new one for myself.

This pillow is NOT a travel pillow. I bought one for a friend and he had the same issues. It is much too thick and it is too tight around the throat. On the plane, the pillow forced my head forward, i could not relax back into the pillow as it is too thick and classic temperpedic firm. I only use it for reading in bed- the pillow does an excellent job of supporting my head and cervical spine. After about 10 minutes, I ah e to remove it as the ends of the pillow push into my throat. Way too much money for a product that isn't useable as a travel pillow. Perhaps if temperpedoc rescued the amount of foam in the pillow it would work.
