I've had a chronic lower back condition since 2010. Tried several different pillows trying to find something that will have excellent lumbar support and be extremely comfortable at the same time. This is the pillow! Its the perfect size for driving. Which I use everyday on my commute to/from work. As soon as I sit in my car I feel the support instantly. I cant drive without it! Also a must on a plane. Thank you so much for developing this Temperpedic travel pillow !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is amazing. It's super comfortable for long plane/train rides and is super sturdy. Only wish it was a little bit more compact. Since it's not flimsy like other travel pillows, packing it a challenge. But I always find room.

I love the pillow! It's ultra supportive and comfortable! However, it's good only until I wash the pillow case. I follow the instruction and drop it to machine wash with cold water and then hang dry. Then the pillow can never go back to the pillow case! I call the customer service rep and i cannot receive warranty because I'm not the purchaser (I got this as a Christmas gift.) When I try to order the pillow case replacement, no, they don't sell the pillow case separately! So now I can do nothing with the great pillow. Lesson learned - Do NOT wash it.

I had high hopes for this pillow as I need to bring a comfortable small pillow with me when I travel. Love my Cloud pillows. But this pillow is hard as a rock. Does not conform to the name "comfort". So deeply disappointed. I absolutely cannot sleep on this hard pillow and cannot return it. Tempurpedic needs to completely redesign this product. I wasted my money on this purchase.

I took it on a travel excursion to Alaska. It was easy to pack in the limited luggage I was allowed to bring. I have discomfort in my neck and shoulders and using pillows when traveling is painful, this was a great solution. Highly recommend for traveling. I have regular tempur-Pedic pillows at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom used it for years. Just got dad a new one. Was too hard initially. But with regular use it is softening up. We love them. Use them mainly for regularly sleeping and sometimes travel. Very useful for parents with neck pain

This pillow is NOT a travel pillow. I bought one for a friend and he had the same issues. It is much too thick and it is too tight around the throat. On the plane, the pillow forced my head forward, i could not relax back into the pillow as it is too thick and classic temperpedic firm. I only use it for reading in bed- the pillow does an excellent job of supporting my head and cervical spine. After about 15 minutes, I have to remove it as the ends of the pillow push into my throat. Way too much money for a product that isn't useable as a travel pillow. Perhaps if temperpedoc reduced the amount of foam in the pillow it would work.

Even though this is a travel pillow, I use it every night. I bought my first one following a cervical laminectomy. The design of this pillow puts less pressure on the spine and it cradles the neck. It was a life saver/sleep saver for me! I have used it every night since. I'm buying a second one to keep in my car.

I have a problem with the cartledge of my ear. when laying in the sleeping position on my side the pressure on my ear causes small corn like nodules to form on my cartledgewhich are VERY Painful. I went to see my consultant who had previously cut these nodules out for me but this time he didn`t want to do it as he said I would end up with half an ear. So instead he froze the nodule and suggested I use a neck pillow to relieve the pressure on my ear.Well I tried various neck pillows to no avail, then quite by chance I came accross your tempura neck pillow/travel pillow but instead of using it ROUND my neck I lay on it flat (like an upside down horse shoe)with my head on the two sides and my ear through the hole in the middle,RESULT :- A perfect nights sleep with no pressure on my ear ,the nodules have gone and I am so HAPPY no pain!!My only problem now is as it is BLACK and I use it in my bedroom I would love to know where I can get a couple of soft feminine covers for it.DO YOU BY ANY CHANCE MAKE THEM> Yours sincerely, Jan Forest.

love this pillow. i used to take my standard sized pillow with me when i traveled but after almost leaving my pillow in the hotel I decided to leave it at home. Now I have one to travel with and one at home. i now have a bright colored pillow case so i dont leave it behind.
