[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow offers so much support and comfort. The material being the firm material it is - it really adapts to your body like no other pillow out there. I have finally ended my long search of pillow buying!!

Nothing to say other than it's fantastic! I took it w/me and used it every night and day even sitting awake on computer! It went with me to the ER and that is where it got lost! :( They misplaced it after moving my belongings with me to another room/admit! :( Need to get another one! Fabulous! Once you have one and use it, you will wonder how you did without it before!

I love the pillow! It's ultra supportive and comfortable! However, it's good only until I wash the pillow case. I follow the instruction and drop it to machine wash with cold water and then hang dry. Then the pillow can never go back to the pillow case! I call the customer service rep and i cannot receive warranty because I'm not the purchaser (I got this as a Christmas gift.) When I try to order the pillow case replacement, no, they don't sell the pillow case separately! So now I can do nothing with the great pillow. Lesson learned - Do NOT wash it.

This was the absolute WORST travel pillow I've ever felt. I'm going on a long flight so I decided to splurge on a tempur-pedic neck pillow. Worst mistake ever. It's extremely firm and feels like it's choking my neck. Worst of all, tempurpedic doesn't allow returns on anything other than a bed. I'm so upset that I'm stuck with this travel pillow. You're better off going to a discount store and buying a cheaper version there.

This pillow is NOT a travel pillow. I bought one for a friend and he had the same issues. It is much too thick and it is too tight around the throat. On the plane, the pillow forced my head forward, i could not relax back into the pillow as it is too thick and classic temperpedic firm. I only use it for reading in bed- the pillow does an excellent job of supporting my head and cervical spine. After about 10 minutes, I ah e to remove it as the ends of the pillow push into my throat. Way too much money for a product that isn't useable as a travel pillow. Perhaps if temperpedoc rescued the amount of foam in the pillow it would work.

My partner sleeps with 2 king sized pillows, I just sleep with the travel pillow. It prevents me from developing a hump in my upper back by keeping my spine relatively straight when I sleep. My partner, not so much. Gives me cervical support without pushing my head up into an uncomfortable posture. I replace them as they flatten, over a few years. Again, they're great! I only use this brand as others don't feel the same.

About my first neck pillow at an airport in 2004 and I use it nightly until this year when I decided to buy two neck pillows, one for me and one for my husband. I wash the pillow cover once a week and the pillow itself once a month since 2004. The two foam pieces of the pillow have not changed from being washed in the washing machine whereas the covers have worn thin but are still complete. I will be handing down the pillow from 2004 to my granddaughter who has taking it away from me to use it to sleep with when I go see her since she was born. The best pillow ever.

I used it on a long overseas trip and my experience was simply " painful" as it was hard to lay my neck comfortably; it actually caused me the worst neck ache. When I called customer services to return the second unopened pillow ( still brand new) they declined as it's the company policy! Super unhappy with my purchase this time, and I would say it's a waste of money! Very surprised with Tempurpedic return policy. I will make sure I will read that fully before making any purchases and maybe won't

Bought this as a present, and they couldnt be happier

i wouldnr order another one and you cant send it back either its too expensive for what you get
