Totally uncomfortable and unusable because it fits too tight on the neck. No returns or refunds are allowed so I'm stuck with a product I can't use. I was told there was no recourse so off it goes to garbage. This was my last purchase from Tempur.

I purchased this pillow to use during a 2 hour flight. When I first tried it, I had trouble getting comfortable, but once I found the "sweet spot", it made falling asleep much easier. Which is something I have trouble doing in a plane.
