[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow provides good support to the neck but it's too firm to be comfortable during sleep. Hopefully it'll soften with more use. It is a terrific pillow to use when reading in bed.

I spent a lot of money based on the brand name which I thought was going to be worth it. I also love that it has a removable and washable pillow case but it is not soft enough; it is too firm.

Totally uncomfortable and unusable because it fits too tight on the neck. No returns or refunds are allowed so I'm stuck with a product I can't use. I was told there was no recourse so off it goes to garbage. This was my last purchase from Tempur.

Back to back 12 hour flights, this pillow is a game changer (especially if you have the regular Tempur-Pedic pillow!). Super comfortable, awesome support. Should have bought this yeas ago.
