I have the travel pillow that is a previous design and it was much better. This one gives me headaches, is VERY firm and too narrow (side to side) in comparison. Please go back to the original design!! After purchasing this one I'm looking all over for one of the originals, which was wider, and not as firm or "high." I use it every night and have tried to replace it with the new version but much to my disappointment am not able to sleep with the new one. As far as traveling with it, it fits into the bag (included) but it's not comfortable to me.

I purchased the travel neck pillow for a trip and tried it one night prior to my leaving. It was not firm like the larger pillow I have. It left a lot to be desired. It was so not like the other that in the middle of the night I had to retrieve my regular neck pillow. I have had more than one neck pillows over the years and was very disappointed by this travel version. With the no return policy it was a waste of money. If only it was made like the bigger ones, and should be, it would have been great to take on a trip. I guess I will have to carry my large size when I can. Come on Tempurpedic make it the same!

I no longer have as much neck pain and it is so comfortable! I love the travel size because I can bring it anywhere and the smaller size is great!! I do wish it came with an actual pillowcase or one that I could buy made specifically for it- I don't like sleeping on just the cover that comes with it. I love that it came with a protective carrying case though to make it more packable!

His demeanor was dismissive, and he failed to address my issue in a timely and efficient manner. As a customer who has invested in your products, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I request a replacement for the defective pillow, or a full refund of my purchase. Additionally, I strongly suggest that you provide better training for your customer service representatives to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same level of disrespect and frustration that I experienced. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having a travel size with the "hump." I am a side sleeper and I hate sleeping without my hump pillow. It is small, but fits my head size perfectly. It was tricky to figure out how to get it into the bag provided. It is a tight fit! I wish it came with a pillow case because how are you going to find a pillowcase to fit this weird size pillow?

I'm an International flight attendant and my pillow brings me satisfaction that I'd rest well each time I'm in hotel bed away from home. I also have two at home that we use with our other pillows. I don't know where to begin... 24 years ago we bought a Tempur Pedic bed with two pillows and loved the whole experience. Fast forward, we replaced the bed but were stuck finding satisfactory pillows. The stores sell gel filled ones which I was not interested in as they are designed to keep your head cool and I don't have trouble being cool, living in a northern state. We searched online and tried many other pillows who offered a return policy. I was reluctant to try the Tempur Pedic because of the no returns policy. But after trying about 5 pillows I decided to bite the bullet and order the "original Tempur Pedic pillow", since it claimed to be the "original" pillow that we were happy with. I bought 2 for our bed and the travel one for an upcoming trip. I have a permanent neck injury, so a contour pillow with proper support, as the original Tempur Pedic pillow provided, is what I need to get proper rest. The travel pillow is simply a half wide version of the full sized bed pillow. But they are nothing like the "original" pillow. The loft is higher - we picked medium per the instructions on the website - and they are too high for us both. The pillow, I would describe as painfully firm. It doesn't sink like the "original" one and your ear hurts when lying on it. Even though I knew they do not offer a return policy, I only opened one of the pillows which we have both tried out. We still have one unopened in the box on the floor in the living room. I thought it was worth it to call and ask if there was any possibility I could return and receive a refund on the unopened pillow. The lady simply stated Tempur Pedic does not take back anything - sorry. I might consider that too bad for me but I feel like Tempur Pedic did not stand in good faith. They advertise these as the "Original" pillow and they are nothing like the original pillow - I had two originals for 20 + years. So I would never recommend anyone buy from this company being you have no idea what they are selling you - they do not represent themselves honestly and I feel particularly ripped off! In the end I went online and bought two pillows that are natural latex from a company in Australia that do offer a return policy - but I won't need to return them as they are great pillows - all that Tempur Pedic used to be, but are no longer. The travel pillow is a novel idea, but it still hurts your ears just like the full sized one. :-(
