They allow us to sleep totally pain-free and stay cool while sleeping. We will be buying a fifth Tempur-pedic this fall because they are so quite simply the best mattresses on the market. The pillows are awesome as well. Tempur-pedic's customer service is second to none.

Once I left my beoved Travel pillow on an airplane and when I realized I didn't have it as my one true comfort while Ieading my long International Yoga Retreat, I literally had a complete juvenile inconsolable melt-down. Now I have 2. One stays home the other travels.

I needed a travel pillow since we are going to be doing traveling, but have found that it's comfortable to use full-time. It gives me just enough support and softness. Love it!

I have had three surgeries on my neck and my Neurosurgeon said "NO MORE"! I have been using these pillows since 2001 and have loved them. I have travelled extensively throughout the world and have always had my pillow! I am 81 years old and just now ordered two more. They do eventually get softer and I do then replace them!

The reason I have so many pillows is that sometimes I've traveled and forgotten to pack my pillow. Before I can sleep that night, I have to find a Tempurpedic store! Ugh. I have plenty for guests!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow for travel as I don't sleep well on standard hotel pillows. Felt the same as my normal size one and I was able sleep on vacation! Comes with carrying case that you pack or throw in the car. The only complaint was it was a little more narrow than I thought so I had to get used to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my quasi-memory foam bed with a firm tempurpedic. After a decades-long history if lower back problems (occasionally throwing my back out when overdoing in workouts) and neck pain due to arthritis, I can now honestly say that I almost never have lower back problems and my neck is 95% better. I travel a fair amount. Other beds do not have the same effect. I now look for accommodations that list memory foam beds. I have repeatedly rechallenged and can confirm, this is an awesome bed for minor to moderate spinal issues. I have a greatly improved quality of life and functionality. Why Tempur-Pedic? It is more expensive, but the foam is dense, thick, and as advertised, is holding up over time (well over 5 years so far). It is worth every penny, and I don't have to worry about quality. I did not have any significant issues with offgassing. I have no difficulty getting in and out of bed, but I am in good physical condition. I am under 120 pounds with a very firm mattress in an area of the country that can be very cold - and it is not a problem. The bed still functions as advertised. Additionally, I do not have any problems with the bed making me feel overly warm (same for spouse). It is hard to move the bed. Probably no worse than other mattresses. I have moved it once with movers and it arrived in fine shape. My next mattress will be a Tempur-Pedicure (if I need another bed, as this one is going great).

It's small enough to fit in your backpack yet large enough to cradle my head. I don't like those half moon shaped pillows because they don't give my neck enough support like this one. Very happy with my purchase!
