At first, I thought my pillow was too firm, but then I realized night after night that I was sleeping through the night without even waking up. So I realized the firmness was the answer. It holds my head in place and my neck in the right position; it took a bit to get used to, but now there’s no question about it I use the pillow sideways ; seems to work best for me. Some people might want to raise it up a little bit higher but for me, it’s just right. it could be raised up on top of a thin pillow. I have gone through so many pillows and this one seems to be the answer for my side sleeping. I do not use it to sleep on my back.

This is kind of replacing a Tempur-Pedic pillow I’ve had about 30 years. It has been with me everywhere—Europe, Japan, India, Europe, etc. but it is finally beginning to show its age a bit. I have tried many other travel pillows but this is the absolute best! I never travel without it!

I have arthritis pain in my neck and I'm a side sleeper so wimpy hotel pillows leave me hurting. I traveled for two weeks with this pillow and had no pain. I am 5' 4" with a erage size shoulders. My husband who also sleeps on his side and is much bigger than me liked his but wanted more depth. It took a night to adjust to it being less wide (I missed it when turning over a few times) but after that I slept just as well as I do at home. I was reluctant to purchase this pillow because it would be a lot of money to spend on something that didn't actually help, but I'm so glad I did.

The pillow is great and love all their pillows, however you won’t be able to cram the pillow in small bag that it comes with. I wish Tempurpedic sold a pillow case for this pillow.

So many times when we go to other people's homes, they have these bulbous, awful pillows and bugs my neck. I always remembered that many years ago we owned these exact travel pillows. We love them and took them everywhere. We use them so much that they actually broke down and eventually, we threw them out. Fast-forward to now, we decided they were the best pillows ever and bought them again. I'd highly recommend These pillows for travel, they are so convenient as they fold up into a small bag and then you always have your own pillow when you go to a hotel or to somebody else's house.

I thought I no longer needed a proper neck pillow so on my current trip, I left my travel pillow at home for the first time this century. I very quickly realized the mistake and immediately ordered a new one. Conveniently, they had a BOGO offer so now one will stay at my winter residence and the other will end up at my son's so he can use it and have it there for me when I visit.

I have used this pillow at home for years and really like the support and comfort. I finally bought one for travel and one to leave at my in-laws home ( they have terrible pillows) and it has been game changing! I was worried about the size of it in my luggage but the comfort at night is worth it! It is a bit of a challenge to get it back into its bag but not over whelming and one does get better with practice. I made a silk pillowcase for it and love that too. You could sell custom silk pillowcases?

This was kind of an impulse buy. We travel a fair amount so an alternative to the "one size fits all" motel pillows was attractive. It is nice and compact, so perfect for travelling. I haven't had the opportunity to use it on the road yet, but it was pretty comfortable on my first home test. I'm only giving 4 of 5 stars for a couple of reasons. It comes in only one thickness, and as far as I know, Tempur-Pedic does not offer pillow case options. For such an unusually sized pillow that seems like a problem to me.

I do not travel so this pillow is strictly home use. It stays on the bed next to the full size versions for easier moving when I roll around in the night, and sometimes it 'travels' to the sofa for naps. It has been a life saver. I use the thicker side on the bed but generally the thinner side on top of another pillow on the sofa. I would call it medium firm compared to the two full size versions. It only gets 4 stars because it does not come with a pillow case.

I am writing to share feedback regarding the current travel-sized Tempur-Pedic pillow. I have been a loyal user of the previous version, which fit perfectly into my neck groove when using the smaller side. Unfortunately, I find the newer version to be quite different. The rounded lip is larger and significantly firmer than the original design. As a result, I experience neck pain after only a few hours of use and am forced to switch pillows during the night. While I understand it is now too late for me to return this item, I wanted to bring these design changes to your attention as they have made the product much less effective for my needs.
