At first, I thought my pillow was too firm, but then I realized night after night that I was sleeping through the night without even waking up. So I realized the firmness was the answer. It holds my head in place and my neck in the right position; it took a bit to get used to, but now there's no question about it I use the pillow sideways ; seems to work best for me. Some people might want to raise it up a little bit higher but for me, it's just right. it could be raised up on top of a thin pillow. I have gone through so many pillows and this one seems to be the answer for my side sleeping. I do not use it to sleep on my back.

This is kind of replacing a Tempur-Pedic pillow I've had about 30 years. It has been with me everywhere—Europe, Japan, India, Europe, etc. but it is finally beginning to show its age a bit. I have tried many other travel pillows but this is the absolute best! I never travel without it!

I have arthritis pain in my neck and I'm a side sleeper so wimpy hotel pillows leave me hurting. I traveled for two weeks with this pillow and had no pain. I am 5' 4" with a erage size shoulders. My husband who also sleeps on his side and is much bigger than me liked his but wanted more depth. It took a night to adjust to it being less wide (I missed it when turning over a few times) but after that I slept just as well as I do at home. I was reluctant to purchase this pillow because it would be a lot of money to spend on something that didn't actually help, but I'm so glad I did.

The pillow is great and love all their pillows, however you won't be able to cram the pillow in small bag that it comes with. I wish Tempurpedic sold a pillow case for this pillow.

I have used this pillow at home for years and really like the support and comfort. I finally bought one for travel and one to leave at my in-laws home ( they have terrible pillows) and it has been game changing! I was worried about the size of it in my luggage but the comfort at night is worth it! It is a bit of a challenge to get it back into its bag but not over whelming and one does get better with practice. I made a silk pillowcase for it and love that too. You could sell custom silk pillowcases?

This was kind of an impulse buy. We travel a fair amount so an alternative to the "one size fits all" motel pillows was attractive. It is nice and compact, so perfect for travelling. I haven't had the opportunity to use it on the road yet, but it was pretty comfortable on my first home test. I'm only giving 4 of 5 stars for a couple of reasons. It comes in only one thickness, and as far as I know, Tempur-Pedic does not offer pillow case options. For such an unusually sized pillow that seems like a problem to me.

My first Temp. Pillow from 1990's is still the best!! I needed a smaller dimension pillow for travel so ordered the travel version of my original. Unfortunately this one is too thick even on the lower end and I am using for lumbar support instead!! It is serving me very well in its new roll!

I am writing to share feedback regarding the current travel-sized Tempur-Pedic pillow. I have been a loyal user of the previous version, which fit perfectly into my neck groove when using the smaller side. Unfortunately, I find the newer version to be quite different. The rounded lip is larger and significantly firmer than the original design. As a result, I experience neck pain after only a few hours of use and am forced to switch pillows during the night. While I understand it is now too late for me to return this item, I wanted to bring these design changes to your attention as they have made the product much less effective for my needs.

I'm a devoted tempurpedic user. I've gone through several pillows and can't sleep without my pillow. So I thought this would be great for travel. I know temperpedic needs a little time to break in, but I've had this pillow for 6 weeks and have walked all over it and sat on it for days and days and it is still too hard to sleep on. This feels like different material and unfortunately it's not comfortable at all.

This US-made TempurPedic neck pillow for traveling is too hard and too high to be comfortable. It is almost impossible without two people to mash it into its travel bag. I have had for 20 years a neck pillow made in Sweden by TempurPedic that was a godsend for traveling. I replaced it with this current model and was terribly disappointed. This new US-made neck pillow is not going to travel with me until I can mash it down into some kind of comfortable shape.
