[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow bc I travel a lot for work and I had been carrying my large tempupedic pillow for use at the hotels, so I wanted something easier. Maybe bc of the smaller size it just doesn't support my neck as well. But for plane or long car rides it is better than most travel pillows (but also more expensive)

Once I left my beoved Travel pillow on an airplane and when I realized I didn't have it as my one true comfort while Ieading my long International Yoga Retreat, I literally had a complete juvenile inconsolable melt-down. Now I have 2. One stays home the other travels.

I purchased this pillow and used it strictly for travel, keeping it in the included storage bag when not in use. I had great use out of it for over 2 years. After not using the pillow for over 6 months, I open up the storage bag, remove the pillow, only to find that it won't expand to it's full size. Due to to the personal nature of the product I fully understand that it isn't something that can be returned. I have to say it was the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever used, but find it hard to purchase a new one thinking that I may encounter the same problem.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the medical pillow I recently purchased from your company. Upon receiving the item, I immediately noticed that it was defective and did not meet my expectations as advertised. The pillow's quality was subpar, and it failed to provide the support and comfort I needed for my medical condition. In hopes of resolving this issue, I promptly contacted your customer service number and spoke with a representative named Angel. However, I must say that my experience with Angel was highly unsatisfactory. Not only was he rude and unhelpful, but he also displayed a level of unprofessionalism that is unacceptable for any customer service interaction. Instead of assisting me with a solution to the problem, Angel dismissed my concerns and showed a lack of empathy towards my situation. His demeanor was dismissive, and he failed to address my issue in a timely and efficient manner. As a customer who has invested in your products, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I request a replacement for the defective pillow, or a full refund of my purchase. Additionally, I strongly suggest that you provide better training for your customer service representatives to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same level of disrespect and frustration that I experienced. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to improve your product quality and customer service standards. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

I have the travel pillow that is a previous design and it was much better. This one gives me headaches, is VERY firm and too narrow (side to side) in comparison. Please go back to the original design!! After purchasing this one I'm looking all over for one of the originals, which was wider, and not as firm or "high." I use it every night and have tried to replace it with the new version but much to my disappointment am not able to sleep with the new one. As far as traveling with it, it fits into the bag (included) but it's not comfortable to me.

i bought this neck pillow back in 2020 and always bring it with me on trips, and it's been amazing to have a consistent sleeping experience even when traveling. it's slightly difficult to wrangle it into the carrying case sometimes, but that's a small tradeoff i'm willing to deal with for the sleep quality improvement. for some reason i have not had the same experience in the standard sized tempur neck pillows, so it's possible they've changed the foam used in those (and also possible the change has taken place in this pillow as well since then).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a great pillow, compact, keeps shape well. We've purchased 6-8 over the years. Not because they wear out, no, we bought 2 for each bed in the house, for in-laws bed when we visit, and our to-go travel bags. Very pleased.

In 2005 I was deployed and had a layover in VA. I purchased my travel neck pillow just for the plane ride there and back. I had no idea I'd love it as much as I did, use it as much as I did or miss it as I do. It meet an unfortunate demise at the hands/paws of my wife which was jealous of it because I would never let her use it, or my kids that thought it might be fun to pick it apart or even my dog that may have thought it a chew toy. Needless to say I took it to work when I had to work 24/48/72hr shifts at the fire house on base and back home. I'd say it moved every day for 3yrs before it was murdered. I will/am getting another maybe even one for my wife.

I was so excited to purchase this product after reviewing multiple options for the best neck support. Truthfully, the only thing I love is that it was packaged well before shipment. This product unfortunately does not do what any of what it claims to do - there is no support of the head, neck, or shoulders. The lack of support is significant enough to have caused neck strain after 5 minutes of use. When pressure is applied (also known as simply laying your head on the product), said product flattens out to approximately 1/2 inch thick at its thickest. My initial thought was that it was a defective product, however, Customer Support kindly informed me that they believe this is a "comfort preference" - so, if your comfort preference includes having your head/neck/shoulders supported, this is definitely not the product for you.

I just recently had to replace my travel pillow (they last a long time), and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
