I have had 3 of these pillows since 2010., when I was diagnosed with a herniated cervical disc. The first two were great. The third one is terrible. It is significantly harder and, despite frequent use in the last 10 months, had not softened up at all. Besides that, the rock-hard character makes it nearly impossible to roll up and zip into its protective sleeve. I have the king size bed version of this pillow, bought around the same time, and it is fine, not nearly as hard and broke in nicely. I will not be buying another Tempurpedic travel,pillow, definitely not worth the money anymore.

They allow us to sleep totally pain-free and stay cool while sleeping. We will be buying a fifth Tempur-pedic this fall because they are so quite simply the best mattresses on the market. The pillows are awesome as well. Tempur-pedic's customer service is second to none.

I am so used to using my tempurpedic contour pillow at home that when I was staying at a hotel last month I couldn't get comfortable without it. I immediately searched the website for a travel version of my pillow and I found it! It is very comfortable and it allowed me to get good rest the next time I stayed at a hotel again. It is firm but to me it is very comfortable. I found it hard to fold it in the travel case so I gave up on that. Overall I love it and would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Temperpedic travel pillows we've owned and were replacing with fresh are thinner and more comfortable for us than these newer ones, which are too thick and create neck strain on both me and my spouse. We both have minimal neck curvature which is why the older ones worked better. If they were thinner they'd be comfortable for us. The Tempurpedic quality surpasses other brands we've tried, and your needs may be different and they may work for you. Would suggest paying attention to the dimensions and keeping in mind that they are firm, with not much sinking that occurs. I would recommend this product for quality and only if the high profile would work for your needs.

Product smells of chemicals upon unpacking. Let it air out for a couple of days. Used it on long trips but very uncomfortable. Pillow is very stiff and does not contour. Bought two and friend that received the other said the same. Not impressed especially for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this pillow everywhere I travel and use it for these short sofa naps. Regular hotel pillows are never right and result in light sleep, stiff neck or headache. This travel pillow maintains my sleep quality on the road.

It would be nice to get to sleep on mine again. I made the mistake of telling my Shih-tzu that she can have my memory foam because the Tempur-pedic is better. I woke up one day to have her glaring at me to get off her pillow trying to edge me off my Tempur-pedic. Needless to say, pets love your product.

I use the full size neck pillow normally and bought this for a longer trips. It's perfect as it is super comfortable and just as supportive as my large version. It did take a few weeks to fully off-gas -- so be mindful of that if you are sensitive. Afterwards, it has no smell and is very comfortable. It rolls up nicely into the small travel bag it comes with. Great product! I only wish they made fitted pillow cases this size (the outer part does zip off to wash but I'd prefer an extra layer).

i bought this neck pillow back in 2020 and always bring it with me on trips, and it's been amazing to have a consistent sleeping experience even when traveling. it's slightly difficult to wrangle it into the carrying case sometimes, but that's a small tradeoff i'm willing to deal with for the sleep quality improvement. for some reason i have not had the same experience in the standard sized tempur neck pillows, so it's possible they've changed the foam used in those (and also possible the change has taken place in this pillow as well since then).

Such a great pillow it can also be used as my only pillow in hotels with bad ones!! Only downside is it could use a pillow case and a hook on the travel bag to make it easier to carry.
