[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my quasi-memory foam bed with a firm tempurpedic. After a decades-long history if lower back problems (occasionally throwing my back out when overdoing in workouts) and neck pain due to arthritis, I can now honestly say that I almost never have lower back problems and my neck is 95% better. I travel a fair amount. Other beds do not have the same effect. I now look for accommodations that list memory foam beds. I have repeatedly rechallenged and can confirm, this is an awesome bed for minor to moderate spinal issues. I have a greatly improved quality of life and functionality. Why Tempur-Pedic? It is more expensive, but the foam is dense, thick, and as advertised, is holding up over time (well over 5 years so far). It is worth every penny, and I don't have to worry about quality. I did not have any significant issues with offgassing. I have no difficulty getting in and out of bed, but I am in good physical condition. I am under 120 pounds with a very firm mattress in an area of the country that can be very cold - and it is not a problem. The bed still functions as advertised. Additionally, I do not have any problems with the bed making me feel overly warm (same for spouse). It is hard to move the bed. Probably no worse than other mattresses. I have moved it once with movers and it arrived in fine shape. My next mattress will be a Tempur-Pedicure (if I need another bed, as this one is going great).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a road warrior, there is nothing like having a consistent sleep experience when traveling. The neck pillow is the perfect answer and is a shorter replica of my full size Tempur-Pedic at home. I never travel without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my pillow every night. I love that it helps keep me cool as I tend to sweat during the night. It took awhile for it to start developing a cavity that cradles my head and neck, but now that is has, it is truly my "own" and keeps its shape nicely. I am now so spoiled that I will never go back to another brand of pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous travel pillow. I have the same pillow in regular size for my bedroom. The travel size is just as good and it fits in my carry-on suitcase. It provides good support when sleeping in hotels and saves a lot of neck pain. The pillow can be squished somewhat in the suitcase and regains its shape immediately. I would buy again!

They allow us to sleep totally pain-free and stay cool while sleeping. We will be buying a fifth Tempur-pedic this fall because they are so quite simply the best mattresses on the market. The pillows are awesome as well. Tempur-pedic's customer service is second to none.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having a travel size with the "hump." I am a side sleeper and I hate sleeping without my hump pillow. It is small, but fits my head size perfectly. It was tricky to figure out how to get it into the bag provided. It is a tight fit! I wish it came with a pillow case because how are you going to find a pillowcase to fit this weird size pillow?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. Had to make sure I had one to take with me on trips so ordered two travel pillows (one for me, one for husband). When on long flights the window seat is most comfortable to me because I bring my Tempur travel pillow and use it to buffer the vibrations from the window. It works wonders. Most pillows go flat against the wall of the plane, but my Tempur holds its shape and allows me to get rest even on an 8 hr flight across the pond. We own three travel pillows and one regular sized neck pillow. I'm an average sized athletic (female) person, think medium in everything. The small neck pillow is perfect for me. Husband enjoys his (large) too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this travel neck every night! I lay it flat and it's like a soft temper-pedic donut pillow. My head rests in the middle and the height of the pillow provides the perfect amount of cervical support. I know most people are just using it as a travel airplane pillow, but it's so much more than that! I use to to watch television, as a laptop pad, and most importantly I use it to sleep at night! And my neck has never felt better!! I'm currently studying to be a chiropractor, so there are certain things I look for in a pillow. This pillow allows you you to sleep in the most ideal position for cervical health. It's not great for the neck to be flexed forward all night, so this travel "donut" pillow allows you to extend your head back just the right amount. This travel pillow works similarly to the original contoured tempur-pedic pillow as long as you lay it flat to make a donut. I've had only tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows since they were released many years ago. I even have the body pillow. I have one tempur pedic pillow that I've had for over 10 years. This pillow has only gotten better with time. It's like perfectly kneaded dough. It's soft but has retained its firmness after all these years. My worn-in pillow is my second favorite tempur product after my travel neck pillow. I can't wait for my travel neck pillow to be worn in as much as my doughy pillow!

I have the travel pillow that is a previous design and it was much better. This one gives me headaches, is VERY firm and too narrow (side to side) in comparison. Please go back to the original design!! After purchasing this one I'm looking all over for one of the originals, which was wider, and not as firm or "high." I use it every night and have tried to replace it with the new version but much to my disappointment am not able to sleep with the new one. As far as traveling with it, it fits into the bag (included) but it's not comfortable to me.
