It would be nice to get to sleep on mine again. I made the mistake of telling my Shih-tzu that she can have my memory foam because the Tempur-pedic is better. I woke up one day to have her glaring at me to get off her pillow trying to edge me off my Tempur-pedic. Needless to say, pets love your product.

I have had three surgeries on my neck and my Neurosurgeon said "NO MORE"! I have been using these pillows since 2001 and have loved them. I have travelled extensively throughout the world and have always had my pillow! I am 81 years old and just now ordered two more. They do eventually get softer and I do then replace them!

I no longer have as much neck pain and it is so comfortable! I love the travel size because I can bring it anywhere and the smaller size is great!! I do wish it came with an actual pillowcase or one that I could buy made specifically for it- I don't like sleeping on just the cover that comes with it. I love that it came with a protective carrying case though to make it more packable!

The thought of using someone else's pillow when traveling seems a little gross to me. To remedy this I always take my Tempur-Pedic travel neck pillow with me. If I feel like I need a bigger pillow, I use the softest hotel pillow to cradle my TP pillow. The travel case easily hooks onto my carry-on, or fits inside my suitcase. You can find an assortment of pillowcases that fit it too. Love, love, love my pillow!

As a customer who has invested in your products, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I request a replacement for the defective pillow, or a full refund of my purchase. Additionally, I strongly suggest that you provide better training for your customer service representatives to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same level of disrespect and frustration that I experienced.
