High quality and the most comfortable pillow!! I use to have neck problems with my other pillow but this pillow has stopped that. I sleep on my back but my husband sleeps in every position and he also loves this pillow. I just wish tempurpedic would make it possible to finance a matress. I was declined by their financing company. I really want to pay monthly to get a tempurpedic cloud mattress!!

Since i had a neck surgery, I was looking for something as reliable as these are, and the fit is perfect. I am very happy with the products.

Yet, the dimensions are odd: -it's too thick as a neck pillow -it's not wide enough as back support So, I now don't use it. Hope TP improves this product or makes it two: one as neck pillow and one as back support.

This product is a concrete log..not peanut shaped in reality....and too short nd too hard to be usable as a neck support. I got a headache from trying to use it as a support. I tried to return it because the description does not match the product but they refused since pillows are not returnable. Warning! Beware! Avoid this misrepresented disaster....oh and the absolute worse Customer Service ..it took me over an hour to get through on,y to be denied a refund or return.

The Tempur-Pedic, All-Purpose pillow is a most excellent and versatile pillow. It gives the best support to the neck, as it offers the best cradle without kink I have ever found. Having multiple degenerative issues with my neck, excellent support is essential. This great little pillow fills the bill. It can also be rotated slightly for side sleeping, using one end under the neck, and the slight center recess to cradle the jaw. I have been using mine for over three years. It performs every bit as good as it did three years ago, after nightly use. There is no need for another specialty pillow for travel. It fits well enough into a carry-on or oversized purse. It is also compact enough to coordinate with the head rest on my pickup seat. It is great to be able to travel with fulfilled hope of being able to enjoy the adventure, rather than an agonizing stiff neck and spastic shoulders. I would sooner leave home without my credit card than this wonderful little pillow. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!!!

Buy one get one free is a scam! What they fail to tell you is, you must add two pillows to the order to get one free. Then they send you to Lamar, who sends a tiny little Terms and Conditions. Then when you continue the conversation, he then sends a new terms and condition. They are totally different, because when I pointed out that the terms and conditions did not specify that one had to add two pillows to the order, the next revise Terms and Conditions then had it. They are a SCAM, please beware. I called into their service center originally thinking it was just a mistake. The customer service representative said he was taking numerous calls for the same issue, I bet he was. I sure wish there was a way to let everyone know what they are doing. I have been a long time customer, but that will change. I don't send my money to fraudsters and thieves.

I was skeptical when I first saw it, but since none of the other pillow designs had worked very well, I thought I would give it a try. WOW! What a pleasant surprise. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had and the design works for both my back and side sleeping positions. I wear a CPAP mask for sleep apnea and softer pillows get in the way of the mask--this one is a perfect solution.

I am an auto mechanic working daily on vehicles needed an sleeping pillow to relax my neck and get an well night rest my wife ordered a set of tempur pedic pillows to tryout but these made my neck pain worst after using these for 3 weeks with unsleepable nights I am really very very disappointed and would not recommend these !!!!

I originally bought these pillows because of brand recognition. I thought tempurpedic was a solid brand. Got the pillows and they were terrible. Then found out tempurpedic doesn't take return, but I'm lucky and they'll make an exception. I returned the pillows months ago, and have not received my refund. They are inconsiderate and condescending.

I am a side sleeper although sometimes I sleep on my back. The pillow fills in my shoulder and comfortably keeps my head level when sleeping on my side. When sleeping on my back it gently cradles my head without bottoming out as I sink into the foam.
