At first I planned to use it for general body support at night but discovered it was perfect under my neck to alleviate occasional pain. Now I sleep with it under my neck each night and get a more restful sleep. I've given it as a gift to family members who also use it nightly. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a tempurpedic believer for years! I do not go anywhere without my larger side sleeper pillow! So much so that I have now accidentally left in TWO different hotels and had to have it mailed back to me! I am about to go on a big trip to Colorado and carrying my large pillow was out of the question. I ordered two of these smaller "peanut" pillows for both my husband and me. If I can't have the big one this seemed like the best next thing. And it is! No matter where you are, especially if you are away from home, it takes some acclimating. This little pillow was a life saver on a recent camping trip and continues to be a great investment for on the go sleeping. What is an added benefit is using it as a lumbar support on long car rides or planes. I would highly recommend this pillow if you are an on-the-go person and need the extra oomph that hotel pillows just can't provide. And let's be honest, no one likes to sleep on the same pillow as a stranger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I am a tempurpedic fan. I have had 2 peanut pillows for a few years now . I have taken one one vacation with me as I use it everyday. Its a great plane pillow too. I recently bought 2 more one for me and one for mom. Mom and dad fight over it for use on couch lol. I use my 3 daily. One between ankles , one between knees and one under neck or huggy in bed . I also tuck one around my body on the couch. They are great to prop ur head while reading or watching tv. I think they are the most versatile pillows you could own and greatly relive tension on pressure point areas like knees, ankles, hips and neck. I have back, knee, hip and neck pain these little pillows combined with my tempur bed and big pillow keep things aligned so there are less chiropractic visits. I tell everyone about my peanut pillows. I also have a comfort pillow for bed wish they still made them they are fantastic as well.

Let me tell you...it did not disappoint!! I love the design because it gives me support without having to completely wrap my whole neck. I am constantly using it, whether in bed or watching TV in my recliner. Thanks Tempurpedic for making such quality products!!

Loop carries well on luggage or over cane. Good quality. Only wish it wasn't so warm. If this could be made in cooler foam and cover I could use it as neck pillow too!. Helped to curve and cushion me between airline seats, and window side. Propping swollen ankle on it now.

Bought it because it's a name brand, but it's so hard that it should not be classified as a pillow. I found a softer squishy one in store for a third of the price. Save your money.

I bought this pillow for back issues. I've gone through several variously unacceptable other pillows already. This one is not right in a whole new way. You have to be prepared (as I thought I was) for the fact that the Tempurpedic material compresses pretty dramatically in use and feels pretty hard and unyielding - as well as much smaller than the uncompressed product appears in photos. Still, it's no worse than anything else I've tried and it is fine for a short period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd time I've purchased this product. I assumed it hadn't changed in quality, but unfortunately it has. It is no longer firm like it used to be. It is now softer and not at all supportive.(I liked the firm ones Tempur-Pedic previously sold. I need the firm support for an old neck injury. This product isn't able to be returned due to the "nature of the product" so I'm stuck with it. I didn't even check the return policy since I've bought this product in the past and was happy with it! What a bummer.
