You will wonder why any other pillows are necessary, other than their acting as a display of inferior engineering, seated behind this weird little navy bean, when you make your bed. The Peanut helps my sleep so much that I bought two more to give as gifts to members of my family, who seemed wholly disinterested. I almost took that personally, because I love the Peanut so much. They didn't even unzip the carrying bag, I noticed with grief. Ironically, during my long journey home for the holidays, where I would give these as gifts, I left my very own Peanut in the hotel room. Sure, I considered stealing one of my gifted Peanuts back, saving it from a life of neglect, but I needed to feel the consequences of my mistake: one must always do a dummy check. Now, I am writing this review in hopes to win a sweepstakes, so that I can acquire a fourth Peanut without giving tempurpedic one more vector of income. Get the Peanut and hold on tight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When reading in bed, this auxiliary pillow goes behind my head for the perfect angle and when sleeping on my side with the assistance of a C-Pap machine, this pillow allows me to support my head without interfering with the sleep mask. This is my second such pillow; my old one was still in good shape but after 18 years probably needed a rest. Note that the removable cover gets tossed in with the regular laundry every few weeks and it all comes out like new.

I use it for two purposes - one as a neck pillow for sleeping at night, and second for travel as a neck pillow. It's small enough to travel easily and I appreciate that. I've not used it for a back bolster myself, but bet it would work great for that too. It feels the same (material wise) as my full size Tempurpedic pillow and has become a regular use item for me. I'd buy another if I lost it. My only request would be for different color case for it. I'd prefer white for all-around use. But for me, in this case, form follows function, and it functions perfectly for my needs.

It is no longer firm like it used to be. It is now softer and not at all supportive.(I liked the firm ones Tempur-Pedic previously sold. I need the firm support for an old neck injury. This product isn't able to be returned due to the "nature of the product" so I'm stuck with it. I didn't even check the return policy since I've bought this product in the past and was happy with it! What a bummer.

This was originally purchased for my boyfriend, who loves to take naps everywhere we go, and with the holiday promotion of two for the price of one, it was a no brainier for me to snag a pair for the two of us. I am so glad I did because we went on a family road trip and these little peanuts packed perfectly while providing plenty of comfort and support under our necks for the long car rides. Now I don't know how we'll ever travel without them! Definitely a must buy. Bonus: it's also mom-approved.

Have had multiple friends "try" them and they agree they are incredibly stiff & uncomfortable. Own multiple tempurpedic products that I love, but these fall well below the threshold of acceptability.

I absolutely recommend this product for everyday use. Mine is used in bed, on the couch, and in the car when I know I'm driving more than just a few minutes, and I love the little carry strap.

I just ordered a new one after leaving my original beloved pillow in our mountain rental. The new all purpose pillow seems a little bit larger in its peanut shape but still works for me.
