[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are comfortable and supportive. After six months they show no signs of breaking down. At this point I believe they will be incredibly long lasting. So with how long they appear to be lasting they should be worth the expense.

My partner and I thought these pillows would be a good addition to our other Tempur-Pedic pillows that we really like. However, the product is poorly designed. First off, there is a large tag on it that does not remove cleanly. It is sown into the zipper area and there is no way to remove the remnants. The outer material is soft, but it attracts so much lint, fur and hair that we need to lint roll it on a daily basis. We've tried using this as a neck support as we read in bed, and it is too hard for that. We've tried using it as a lumbar support, and it is too hard for that. We've tried using it as a leg spacer, and it is too hard for that as well. I cannot imagine a use for this all-purpose pillow. There is also a large handle strap, that I assume is for traveling, but it should be sown into the inside so that it is able to be hidden when not in use. Overall, these pillows are not being used because we feel that they were poorly designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend had given these to my parents last year for Christmas because he has really liked using them. They both liked using them (my dad brings him on the plane with him). I decided to get them for my boyfriend's parents for Christmas this year. His father drives a lot of work and was complaining about back pain, so we thought this would be a good solution. His both also recently had shoulder surgery and was not sleeping well, but said that his pillow helped her sleep better. Definitely has proven to be a great gift.

I have been 100% Tempurpedic for 20 years. I have owned 2 adjustable bases and 2 mattresses, almost every bed pillow, linens, travel pillows and the several of the all purpose (peanut) pillows. Today I received my order of replacement all purpose pillows and am so disappointed. These are supposed to be firm but they are squishy soft. I have a serious neck condition and these very firm pillows have always helped relieve my pain. The ones I got today will not help me. I will donate these to charity. If you want a firm little pillow I cannot recommend these anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this pillow is so very different than all other pillows I have tried over the years. I was skeptical when I first saw it, but since none of the other pillow designs had worked very well, I thought I would give it a try. WOW! What a pleasant surprise. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had and the design works for both my back and side sleeping positions. I wear a CPAP mask for sleep apnea and softer pillows get in the way of the mask--this one is a perfect solution.

I love these pillows. I have the Tempur Neck pillow and I really like the support it provides my neck and head to hold my head aligned with spine. I normally like to sleep on my side and occasionally my back. Once I started using this style pillow I really don't enjoy a traditional pillow. But...I will say...not everyone in my family enjoys this pillow as much as I do so ...to each their own! It works great....if you like it!

I am a flight attendant who commute from Altanta to Chicago. I love this pillow and cannot travel without it. It is by the far the best travel pillow out there (I personally think it is much better than the "travel pillow." Whenever I recommend it to my flight attendant buddies, they all love it.

I tried many pillows to relieve my bulging disk on my neck cervical spine(C4, 5 and 6) I did not find relief until this All Purpose Pillow. (I call it a neck roll) It fits perfectly under your neck to relieve any pressure. I've used it daily for over 10 years and am back to replace it as it's starting to break-apart from the use.

This pillow doesn't work for me, doesn't keep my knees apart I like Tempur-pedic products this one is too small over the course of a night the foam compresses can't return it very disappointed.
