My partner and I thought these pillows would be a good addition to our other Tempur-Pedic pillows that we really like. However, the product is poorly designed. First off, there is a large tag on it that does not remove cleanly. It is sown into the zipper area and there is no way to remove the remnants. The outer material is soft, but it attracts so much lint, fur and hair that we need to lint roll it on a daily basis. We've tried using this as a neck support as we read in bed, and it is too hard for that. We've tried using it as a lumbar support, and it is too hard for that. We've tried using it as a leg spacer, and it is too hard for that as well. I cannot imagine a use for this all-purpose pillow. There is also a large handle strap, that I assume is for traveling, but it should be sown into the inside so that it is able to be hidden when not in use. Overall, these pillows are not being used because we feel that they were poorly designed.

I received this item over a year ago and continue to use it each night to relax my neck muscles when going to bed. The product to this day has kept it's peanut shape as well as it's firmness as the day I unwrapped the package it came in. The removable & washable cover has also held up. Bascally after using this product for 365 days or more the cover might be a little less blue but it continues to hold up. Well worth the price I paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow, it makes me feel at home wherever I am. I use it under my neck with one regular bed pillow. It's good for plane and car travel too. Cover washes easily. I also like that it is black--easy to find in bed.

I originally bought these pillows because of brand recognition. I thought tempurpedic was a solid brand. Got the pillows and they were terrible. Then found out tempurpedic doesn't take return, but I'm lucky and they'll make an exception. I returned the pillows months ago, and have not received my refund. They are inconsiderate and condescending.

I am an auto mechanic working daily on vehicles needed an sleeping pillow to relax my neck and get an well night rest my wife ordered a set of tempur pedic pillows to tryout but these made my neck pain worst after using these for 3 weeks with unsleepable nights I am really very very disappointed and would not recommend these !!!!

March 19, 2024 The tempur-pedic pillow I purchased is good. But was not included, on the drop down list when I registered it on the website. I was able to upload the purchase receipt at this time. But was not able to upload a picture of the law tag attached to the pillow. I don't know if this will delay, filing a claim, or not. During the warranty period. The pillow I'm using, does contour to the position of my head and neck while sleeping. But it is a little firm. A pillow does affect how well you sleep. So it is important to have one that is comfortable.

I am a side sleeper although sometimes I sleep on my back. The pillow fills in my shoulder and comfortably keeps my head level when sleeping on my side. When sleeping on my back it gently cradles my head without bottoming out as I sink into the foam.

I don't know how I ever slept without it before. I have neck and back issues and I cannot say enough good things about this little pillow. It's everything... honestly, I would love to buy one or two more! It's the perfect comfort, it's not too firm, but not too soft and everyone should really really have one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 years ago I was in a severe car accident that left me physically disabled. Over the past 2 years I have had a great difficulty sleeping and have experienced a lot of pain when lying down and even when attempting to ambulate in the morning. With this mattress I have been able to sleep without interruption and pain in almost 2 years. Sleep deprivation was leading to more health problems and mental exhaustion. This mattress has changed my life and I am very thankful for this company.
