[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the all purpose pillow as a leg spacer as it is listed to be used for. This pillow doesn't work for me, doesn't keep my knees apart I like Tempur-pedic products this one is too small over the course of a night the foam compresses can't return it very disappointed.

I just got off the phone with the most obnoxious supervisor customer service rep a Tempur-pedic. I purchased two pillows for my kids and they informed me that they were not the exact type that they wanted. I returned them to the store only to be told that the store cannot accept returns and the rep gave me a phone number to call to get them exchanged. I have previously purchased many pillows and in fact have exchanged them for a different neck support pillow in the stores. I was then told in such a derogatory way that the pillows are not returnable when purchased online totally different than my previous experience in the store I was told in the store that they actually sold me older style pillows, and some sort of special for Labor Day. The customer service representative was so horrible and obnoxious and told me that it was in the print online before I purchased however I had previously purchased many pillows as I said in the store and somehow I didn't see the small print saying they were not returnable. It certainly was not a warning prior to purchasing them as I never would have done so. Now I am stuck with these pillows that no one wants that were expensive I just wanted to warn people that they are horrible with Customer service and buy any products but theirs as they don't value your business and treated me horribly. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

I received this item over a year ago and continue to use it each night to relax my neck muscles when going to bed. The product to this day has kept it's peanut shape as well as it's firmness as the day I unwrapped the package it came in. The removable & washable cover has also held up. Bascally after using this product for 365 days or more the cover might be a little less blue but it continues to hold up. Well worth the price I paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this pillow is so very different than all other pillows I have tried over the years. I was skeptical when I first saw it, but since none of the other pillow designs had worked very well, I thought I would give it a try. WOW! What a pleasant surprise. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had and the design works for both my back and side sleeping positions. I wear a CPAP mask for sleep apnea and softer pillows get in the way of the mask--this one is a perfect solution.

I bought the adjustable chopped memory foam pillow online after stuffing to find a pillow for weeks, and this by far has been the worst. No support, and you feel every piece of foam throughout the night. Better off without a pillow. I dread going to sleep at night with this thing.

I don't know how I ever slept without it before. I have neck and back issues and I cannot say enough good things about this little pillow. It's everything... honestly, I would love to buy one or two more! It's the perfect comfort, it's not too firm, but not too soft and everyone should really really have one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally do not have a stiff neck after sleeping on this pillow! I am a stomach, side and back sleeper so this is the ultimate pillow for me. It cradles my neck but is not too firm. Wound love to have the bed to complete my sleep experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is small but mighty. My husband and I both use them regularly as two of these pillows fit easily into a carry-on bag. They work well on planes, too, because they are substantial enough to fill in the gaps between seats and walls. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and pillows at home, too, and use the Tempur-pedic topper in our RV. That makes even a terrible RV mattress very comfortable, and is far less expensive than buying a new mattress. We won't use any other mattress, ever.

I fly for work often. Sometimes up to 14 hours at a time. I bought this pillow to use on flights. It works great. I use the loop on the end to hook it to the outside of my backpack so it is easy to carry and doesn't take up a lot of room. If my back gets sore I sometimes put it behind my back as a lumbar support. I also sometimes put it on it's end on the try in front of me and lay forward to use it as a pillow. It works great just as a normal pillow as well. It always returns to its original form. I had a bead pillow before this but this is much better. It has a little bit of a smell when you first start using it but it goes away pretty quickly. I would suggest buying it a few weeks before you need it to let it air out a little bit. It's proven to be rugged and comfortable. It's been with me all over Asia and Central America. I would highly recommend this for people who spend a lot of times on planes.

Bought this pillow with very high expectations but was disappointed. The pillow is extremely flat and doesn't provide much support. Also despite being memory foam, it also doesn't re-form itself very quickly. Being summer time, it sleeps extremely warm and not at all comfortable. I don't recommend this pillow
