I have 3 tempur-pedic pillows and have owned them for at least 5 years(the last one was purchased about 6 months ago. In a sentence...I could not get a good night's rest without them. I have one at my cabin, and two at my home, and use them 100% of the time. I will purchase another in the future as my first one has lost much of its support.

I am an auto mechanic working daily on vehicles needed an sleeping pillow to relax my neck and get an well night rest my wife ordered a set of tempur pedic pillows to tryout but these made my neck pain worst after using these for 3 weeks with unsleepable nights I am really very very disappointed and would not recommend these !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew what I was missing until I used the pillow. As someone who values sleep so highly, I can't believe I went this long in my life without using a quality pillow. I also bought the mattress topper, life changing as well.

I use this "peanut" neck pillow every night on top of my regular size Tempur pillow to prop up my head/neck when reading in bed. It is just the perfect size. It is made from top of the line material and the zip off cover is washable. Tempur may be a little pricey but worth every penny. I have also given two as gifts and the recipients raved about their pillows.

I purchased a pillow from Tempurpedic for my wife because recommend for neck support. We received the pillow and tried it for couple of nights. My wife said it made her pain worse so I called to return it because I'm the website said 90 days if you don't like it we will return it. They told me they can't do return on the order. They are falsely advertising returns and very high customer satisfaction.

Bought two-one for my husband and one for me-but I want to buy two more so we can each have two! The small, quirky size makes them totally adaptable; there are so many different ways to place them and you may find it's different every night. My new sweet spot is one between the knees and one between the ankles. Because they're small, they'll move or you may lose them throughout the night - but I find this to be advantageous as it allows me to find a new, preferred spot as I move around. The small size makes them precise and dynamic.

Buy one get one free is a scam! What they fail to tell you is, you must add two pillows to the order to get one free. Then they send you to Lamar, who sends a tiny little Terms and Conditions. Then when you continue the conversation, he then sends a new terms and condition. They are totally different, because when I pointed out that the terms and conditions did not specify that one had to add two pillows to the order, the next revise Terms and Conditions then had it. They are a SCAM, please beware. I called into their service center originally thinking it was just a mistake. The customer service representative said he was taking numerous calls for the same issue, I bet he was. I sure wish there was a way to let everyone know what they are doing. I have been a long time customer, but that will change. I don't send my money to fraudsters and thieves.

March 19, 2024 The tempur-pedic pillow I purchased is good. But was not included, on the drop down list when I registered it on the website. I was able to upload the purchase receipt at this time. But was not able to upload a picture of the law tag attached to the pillow. I don't know if this will delay, filing a claim, or not. During the warranty period. The pillow I'm using, does contour to the position of my head and neck while sleeping. But it is a little firm. A pillow does affect how well you sleep. So it is important to have one that is comfortable.

We've had the pillows for more than four months, and never had a neck pain since then. It really conforms to your neck shape while providing support. Definitely recommend this product.

Been sleeping so much better. I originally bough mt the medium profile but it was too high for my small frame. The customer representatives were helpful, efficient and quick to respond. My concern was fixed in 1 call. Tempur I love! I have a Tempur adapt King mattress as well. I enjoy iut nattress and pillow. Value for money = Tempur. Thank you
